The hotel looks from the front side very nice, but from the back it looks very old and ruined.There is only 3-4 parking places which you have to pay 5€ per day and if you are lucky hopefully it will be free one place for your car,if not than you can park on the street for 10€ per day ! The women who cleans the room,they didn’t change nothing,there was shampoo missing,didn’t change the towels etc…Honestly,I’ll say good for the money which I’ve paid !

Rooms has no tv Shower it's not in the bathroom, it is in the hallway opposite the bed. I couldn't take a shower freely in front of my daughter.

When the breakfast didnt have bacon and the coffee machine didnt work. Also, our room was right next to a live performance restaurant, so it sounded like a party was going on in our hallway

- The breakfasts were awful, and it looked like every dish or drink (juice, coffee, etc.) consisted of only water and some artificial flavor. Breakfasts were 2/10, and I definitely don't recommend them and the restaurant itself. - The restaurant tables were dirty, the glasses were wrecked and very unserviceable. Very unpleasant surroundings to eat in :( - Lack of in-room fridge. That'd be very useful, especially in that type of climate. - Cleaning staff don't speak English or German, even the simplest words. So, it was tough to communicate with the cleaning lady, even in the simplest sentences. - From the outside, the hotel looks abandoned. Definitely, it has the worst look around. - Very small lift.

- The room itself, the hotel's stuff, the cleanliness was pretty good. I'd say 6/10. - We had a renovated room, with quite new bathroom which was good. - The air condition was working pretty good.

It was our first time in Bibione, We travelled from Padova to Triest, and stopped for 2 nights here. This part of the town was too busy for us, but I think you can enjoy your life wherevere you stay.

The cleaning lady always threw away my soap. The room wasn’t washed before moving in, only the bathroom. When I was searching apartmans, I want parking place. The description said the apartman has it. Only in the confirmation wrote, the apartman hasn’t parking place. In the apartman said, we can parking on the street (not free) or at the Luna Park (for free). But it’s a little far from the apartman.

Slow workers. Nasty towels. Boring foods. The omlet was terrible. No parking. Loud parties after 11 pm., when they should have not shouting or making parties. Felt uncomfortable in my room.

Positive is restaurant expect the omlet the black hair woman who was the cashier. She was not the kindest worker at the hotel. The receptionist lady was kind and always smiling. Cleaners ladies were also nice.

Perfect location! To the centre and to the beach also. And the view, we love to watch the centre and the people walking around. The food was delicious, great selection meals. The room was clean simply accomodation but clean.

The breakfast was excellent, I liked it a lot. Wide variety of choices, everything was refilled in time. The room was always clean. It had air conditioning and the bed was really comfortable. I slept like a baby. As a really nice bonus, I met the prettiest receptionist ever! :D

They do not have baby cot and can not provide it. Also there is no heating kettle in a room but non of this things was not a problem for us as we stayed only one night and enjoy beaches ♥️ I missed some eggs for breakfast.

We liked location and extra parking for 5€ per day. We got a room faced towards main street but in the end of april it was very quite and nice. Just few meters from the hotel we found great pizza slice bar and a restaurant with a delicious pasta sea food and aperol spritz it’s a must! Can’t wait to come back as we made a reservation on last minute and we travel with a baby. Nice walk through city centre to the beach ♥️ Large balcony.

room was without balcony and there were no ropes or space to put wet towels and swim suit to dry. location of room was above the kitchen exhausting system so you can not open window to change the air in the room unless you will have all smells from kitchen inside. Hotel have only 8 parking places, so you have option to pay 10€/day for parking on city parking places where is no guarantee that the place is free after returning and you need to drive around to find parking place or you can park the car near the bus station for free which is 20min by walk and unprotected. Moreover immediately by check in with crying child on hands and after 8 hours of drive I was pushed to pay the domestic tax for stay even I pay in advance for the room, for future I would suggest more emphatic behavior when parent is traveling alone with the child and the rooms is booked with one of the biggest booking portals which have all information about the client and can guarantee to solve issue in case of inconvenience. Two single beds were joined together so I have to sleep in the middle hole on the frames of the beds so son can sleep well. l will think twice in the future if I will pay in advance for the room as after the first impressions I want to change the property

clean property, bathroom after reconstruction and cleaned every day properly with quiet air condition on the room. location of property is really good as you are not far from to beach and directly on pedestrian zone. Also appreciate availability of service to book the beach umbrella directly on reception and space to put beach toys so you don’t have the on room. Most of personal was polite.
