There was nothing I did not like.

Our hostess was very charming and very helpful. Lots of nice touches and extras in the room, I especially appreciated the slippers. The breakfast was great and plentiful. Very good location to the train station and some nice little restaurants nearby. Also loved the parting gift of a box of cake.

It is a little noisy well into the night but that is not the responsibility of the hotel.

Shower is a little bit aged now. Smokers balcony right near reception meant that you could smell smoke in reception and hallway.

It was a little hard to find from the street. The entry was through an archway toward a courtyard. However, a friendly neighbor showed us the way.

The room was nicely decorated and there were places to put things. There was a really nice breakfast rolled to our room. We also liked the location. It was like living as a local in a residential flat, with the convenience of easy check in and friendly staff

We had a really wonderful time. The staff was really supportive and extremely friendly, they took care of all our needs. The rooms were cleaned every day, breakfasts were delicious. The hotel is located in a really nice area, with lots of restaurants around and very close to the Termini Station. If you don't like walking, the Metro station and bus stops are not far from the hotel as well.

Lovely people and a more authentic Italian experience than I would have had in a larger hotel. Proximity to the Roma Terminii was a major plus as I was able to navigate the city using the Metro much of the time. Immaculate room.

The only thing was that the shutter on the window was broken down we couldn’t open it.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location just 5 mins from main rail and bus terminal. Some good restaurants nearby. Accommodation was spotlessly clean and serviced to a high level each day. Nice large comfortable bed. Property is very secure with a manned desk on the 4th floor. Breakfast was very comprehensive. Would highly recommend and would use again.

I honestly must say that our stay at Gemme di Roma was superb, everything was super clean and nice and the location was perfect right next to Termini di Roma. Also the hosts are lovely and really friendly. Would highly recommend it and if ever I'm back in Rome, would definitely stay there 😁

The staff is friendly, especially the lady serving breakfast and the lady checked us in. The hotel provides amenities, candies, water and snacks that made the stay very comfortable. The room is very clean. The location is in a quiet small street with 5-7minutes walk to the train station (Termini) so it is super convenient to take the train or metro. The family restaurant downstairs was super good with good value. As guests we got 10% discount.
