I hope next time that they put a large bed instead of making together two separate beds as a large one, it's a little bit uncomfortable

I liked the location near the metro station and the cleanliness of the room.

The air conditioning was not working for our entire stay of 1 week. The window shades were not working properly, they did not entirely lift.

    We liked the location.

the light beside the beds is not bright inoff to read in bed

Hotel is in a trendy neighborough not in a cultural one, with quite a lot of nice little restaurants. Hotel is along a nice quite private garden of several flats. Metro is on 100 m. On 30 m it is a nice cafetaria for breakfeast.

Breakfast was supposed to be included, but we were told that it wasn’t once we arrived. Shower door was falling off.

It was well priced and close to the subway. Lots of little bars and cafes close by. Only a 10 minute train ride or half hour walk into central Rome.

pretty old building. they don’t have any modern tv, Wi-Fi was very very poor. it was not tourist friendly hotel. Reception can’t handle anything! they asked my to pay again the tax, then the whole bill! it was pains 1 day as advance with tax and then 2nd day will be automatically deductible, but it was not known by them!

    it was calm and quite.

Basic but spotlessly clean, safe and comfortable hotel with excellent convenient location to Pigneta

Sometimes communication at the reception front desk is difficult and argumentative (in either English or Italian which my daughters are fluent in), there were several misunderstandings and a number of times payment card processing failed due to communications issues or staff not understanding operation of the payment device. However, during most mornings and early afternoon the Filipino front desk receptionist is present and she is excellent, friendly and helpful, speaks good English and quickly sorted out any issues encountered the previous late afternoon / evening.

No breakfast experienced. But right outside the hotel within a minute's walk are several very good cafes. Excellent location. A 3 minute walk away is the Pigneta walking area with many good restaurant and bar options. Next to the hotel within 1 minute walk are both tram and metro stations. Termini is easily accessible by both tram and metro for quick airport access.

Beware of this hotel! . All the money I had kept in my locked suitcase (by a small TSA padlock) were stolen. Suitcase was left in the room while we tour. It’s not a small amount.

The room is clean. Close to Metro.

I usually can't be bothered with reviews and tried to be very tolerant with small issues but my stay at this Hotel was so terrible that I felt the obligation of warning people that might be planning to stay here. One of reasons I had booked this hotel was because we were coming in September which is usually a very hot month in Rome so we needed a room with aircon. Arriving at the Hotel they already charged us the full stay upon check in but didn't warn us about any possible issues. Once we got to the room to my surprise the Aircon wasn't working, there was only a little fan that did very little to help cooling off the room. Realizing the problem I went back to the front desk and this middle-aged man very nonchalantly told me that they were working to fix the issue but that anyways we had a fan. I wasn't happy with the answer but since he said they were trying to solve the issue I decided to wait and see if the next day things were fixed. The room was so hot we could barely sleep the whole night. On the second day there was no improvement and also no updates from the hotel management. Again we struggled to sleep and feeling very tired and frustrated I reported the issue to booking, they spoke to the hotel and someone from their staff told them that they were very sorry but they would not be able to fix it during my stay but they would have no issues in compensating me for the lack of a room with working aircon I had paid for. So everything seemed fine we went sightseeing and once we came back I was called by the same middle-aged man who told me in a very disrespectful tone that they would not give a dime for the lack of Aircon, that I should have told them on the first day that wasn't happy with the lack of Aircon, I told him that was exactly what I did and that was himself who told me that they were working in the issue but nothing was done.
