The I had room may be just a touch small, however, when in Rome, you won't be spending much time in your room anyway. It's a pity that quiet enjoyment of the building's outside area was forbidden, but understandable from the resident's perspective. Note that the city tax is payable on top of the room rate. That's something I had forgotten about.

The location was excellent. Far enough away from the tourist traps in order to eat exceptional foods at a better price (ie a pizza in the Piazza Novana was nearly 20 euro, but only half the cost in this location). Very close to the Vatican, and close enough to the main sights to walk. The room was clean and water and nibbles were provided daily which was super lovely. All in all, a good stay.

Location was great, we could get to the main attractions by food. Aleso there are many restaurants around. Our room was ready earlier, check in was very smooth. Room was nice and bed comfortable. It had everything we needed for a long weekend stay.

Easy to check in, very accurate instructions. Room state of the art. Metro nearby. Quiet area, but easy aces to restaurants and bars. Niche old building, arranged in a way to accommodate 21th century people.

Perfect location within walking distance of everything. Secure, spacious and has everything you could ask for. Chiara (host) was great, loads of contact and greeting provided every bit of information including a handy map all highlighted with recommendations and the famous sights. If your thinking about Rome and where to stay this is is. Absolute gem of a find. Thank you

The host was so lovely and couldn't be more helpful. Gave us a map and drew out a route he'd recommend seeing the city by foot and this helped so much. He also had a list of restaurant recommendations for whatever you were feeling including happy hour. Bottles of water were left in our room each morning and asked us did we want more of anything

I thought I was going to get the bigger room, but regardless our room was still quite comfortable although washroom is a bit small.

Communication with Chaira was excellent, very helpful and knowledgeable. Room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, housekeeper did a good job cleaning everyday. Penta is very close to the metro and everything is within walking distance

The location is good, there is a nearby subway station (Lepanto) or you can go by foot for example to the Vatican. As for restaurants, the morning coffee was served at Sciascia Caffè 1919, which is a great coffee shop, we also had tryed some Chinese dumplings at Bao Bao, for pizza depends on your taste, but there are a lot of options to try. The rooms where clean, the cleaning personnel is doing a very good work. About noises, we could only hear some whispers from inside the hotel, but if you go to sleep with the windows open, the building neighbors can make some shouts - but nothing to disturb. There was a special situation when someone from a nearby building fired fireworks at 22:30 creating chaos in the entire neighborhood, but nobody expected that. The general feedback is good, we have had a pleasant stay here!
