Room was small and very basic; definitely could use a bit of touch-up paint in the room.

The Staff, location and breakfast were very good. Everyone was helpful and lots of smiles - from the front desk lady, the breakfast lady and the cleaning ladies. Location was fabulous.

The hotel advertises that it has a lift, however our room on the first floor of the hotel could not be accessed by the lift so we had to drag out suitcases up a steep staircase. Our fellow travelers were in the hotel annex, so they had to walk outside in the rain and around the corner to access their room. It was on the 5th floor and the lift only went to the 4th floor, so again, suitcases had to be dragged up stairs. As we are all older travelers this was not easily done. If we had known about this we would have stayed elsewhere.

First night we were told we'd be staying next door to the hotel and stayed in an older looking room. I wasn't aware there was different rooms when booking but once we mentioned this to the reception she got us moved to the hotel the next day and loved the new room.

The hotel was located just 5 minutes from the metro. It was near most sights, with Fontana di Trevi being the closest one. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very polite! We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay there again.

The location was amazing, really close to Trevi Fountain, and located quite centraly, nearby all the big shops etc. A variety of transports available nearby too. Big clean room, very comfortable big bed and pillows. Very clean bathroom also. Staff very helpful during breakfast, always made me coffee in the morning. Good variety of food.

The boiler was broken overnight so we had to take two icy cold shower. However, when we asked the manager the next day, they fixed it right away. The bed was squeaking all night whenever someone flips over. But that didn't bother us too much.

The room was not as I expected. I thought to have booked like a normal hotel room, but it was more like an airb&b accommodation, only a more expensive one. The room was in the top floor and the elevator was so tiny, that you could not turn around there. The room was ok, but the acoustics was pretty bad. For the price, I was expecting a bit more quality.

The best thing in this property was its' central location, close to Fontana di Trevi and many other interesting places in Rome. There were many nice restaurants and bars just on the corner. Downstairs there was also a restaurant where we had dinner the first evening and the service was really good (food not that special).

The room temperature was centralised and it was too hot (26 C) Air smell in one of the room was not good (sth similar to fried fish). We told it to the receptionist and it was answered “maybe is the hot air” and nothing was done, completely ignored
