Clean , the stuff were so friendly they upgraded my room to suite room with balcony with no extra fees just because we arrived early and the room i booked needs time to be ready and the suite is available

The following can't significant to change the opinion from positive to negative, but some things should be improved: - shampoo, body soap and toilet paper replenishment - changing the cleaning material to another with more nice smell - water delivery system, if you open tap water on full stream the water will be so hot despite the low hot position of the tap - the hotel without breakfast possibility, without kitchen

The staff of the hotel is very friendly and ready to help in any time of the day, answer to the accommodation question and also about the city attractions, kitchen and transportation. The room cleaning can be a bit improved but still good. The hotel location is excellent and all the city archeological and attraction places is in 10-20min walking from the hotel :).

Several items in the room were broken. Towel bars were not working. Toilet seat was unsecured. They provide free tea but not free coffee yet charge $2 for bottled water. No soap dish in shower.

Location was great. Near train station but not too close. Very pleasant staff. Area is very touristy.

I could hear the sounds from the other room. The walls are thin. The water to shower was cold in the evenings and early mornings.

The location was perfect. Lots of public transport and some attractions accessible by walking. The room was clean and spacious.

The elevator in the building is small and may not be able to accommodate the entire party at the same time. So, you just need to be patient and wait for everyone before heading out together. People with larger luggage may face some difficulties.

The location is fairly close to some of the main attractions - within 1 mile of walking distance to most. The staff was very helpful. The AC in our initial room was not functioning so they were able to move us to a room with newer AC. The staff was also kind enough to assist me recover my phone after I had mistakenly left it in a cab.

While the place was really nice and the location is amazing, the street underneath it was really loud which made it hard to sleep.

The elevator was small(but I understand that it is known in Rome and that's how they built elevators then so it's basically ok)

Small intimate hotel in the heart of Rome. Everything was just great! The location is amazing and close to everything! The stuff are so friendly! The room was excellent with the size and the cleaning was insane- everyday the cleaning ladies cleaned the room and changed towels and everything. I really recommend the hotel!

The lift is a little bit of a problem. However, totally understand that the building is ancient.

The friendly staffs. They gave detailed information regarding the must visit places. They helped us get through the maps and gave very useful suggestions as well. The staffs were really helpful and always there when we needed anything. Perfect location. Easy to get along the city and very accessible too.

this is not a hotel. this is a room in a building. There is no lobby, no breakfast. They have coffee with no cream. the toilet ran all night. asked that it be fixed and it wasn’t.

The air conditioner/warmer was noisy when it’s on, hopefully, they can look into it. The Netflix cannot be changed to English language but maybe it can be fixed. And the room freshener is too strong and if you’re perfume sensitive, you may just request from the front desk to remove it and they will immediately assist you.

I like everything about the property especially the staff and location. It was a last minute booking but the staff Jeff made sure that we got a room for that late night arrival. Jeff was so kind helpful from day 1 until we left. The hotel Manager, Rochelle was kind and helpful too together with Queenie and another young Filipina. It was a pleasant stay and memorable for first timers in Rome like us.

The reception is on the 3rd floor and our room was on the fifth floor. The elevator is very very small and frightening. We had to carry all our luggages to 5th floor. Especially after walking all the they, we had to climb 5 floor to reach our room. Besides there was an extremely loud noise from central airconditioner even if it doesn’t work. It was difficult to sleep. Opening windows was not a solution because there was a constant terrible voice there too. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The hotel was clean and easy to reach. Close to public transportation and walking distance to popüler destinations.
