Nothing significant that I will highlight as a problem with the hotel , staff, food or amenities.

The hotel is a bit away from the common path but no complains as they have a shuttle bus that helps customers reach city. Hotel is neat and clean and our room was spacious. Amazing staff - extremely courteous and helpful as well as always smiling. All facilities were well provided except for milk , which I still wonder why it wasn't provided. Breakfast and dinner - absolutely delicious and yummy. Room was clean and all amenities and toiletries were well provided. Special mention of Laura who works with Gold Tower and is a star. Made our check-in process comfortable and fun. Mavro , who drives the shuttle bus , is a delight. Good communicator and extremely helpful.

Food and Drinks are a little pricey inside the hotel!

Everything! The rooms are luxurious, spacious and very enjoyable! The service from Federica on reception was outstanding and always smiling! Mauro the concierge and shuttle bus driver made the holiday exceptional! A true asset to the hotel! Friendly, efficient and supportive! Saved us a small fortune on our trip to Pompeii! Ask for Mauro if you need any help when staying here! We will be back!

No shops around the hotel

The elevator is rather too small and slow. Only one small elevator not enough. The rooms do not have enough sockets. Some sockets by the bedside including usb ports would be a great addition

Everything, the staff was exceptional 👌 very helpful and as traveller's we always appreciate it and it helps make the journey pleasant. The Hotel shuttle driver is top class. Very friendly and helpful. Made us feel comfortable and safe at the same time. Receptionist and Manager were very friendly too and nothing was to much for them. We enjoyed the wellness Spa too, good after a long flight and travels to relax a bit. Room was beautiful and clean, good service of taxi from the hotel and in to town etc.

We had no dislikes, everything was on point!

A wonderful stay at a fairly new property. Very well decorated in a modern theme, the floor to ceiling windows in the room are awesome! Shower was top notch, all was very clean. Our safe battery was low, and that was corrected very promptly, and worked perfectly after the battery change. The Vesuvius Garden ( off the 1st floor) should not be missed, we very much enjoyed evening drinks out there. The roof top restaurant was very good, food and service wise, and the views are spectacular. A top notch stay, we felt pampered during our stay. Shuttle service to and from city center is a nice touch. Please visit the cafe just across the road, it is kind of hidden, but well worth the visit, we didn't try it until our last day, and that's disappointing, it is very nice!

Location is a big problem, not only because is far from the city (30min walk to the train station), but also the area seems to be nasty and not quite safe, I wouldn't walk in there when it's dark outside! We don't mind walking, but we didn't feel safe so took a taxi every night to get to the hotel instead, which was an extra cost. Another negative thing about the hotel is the party they had at the bar on Friday night, we weren't told about it and chose this hotel because we wanted a quiet place to have some rest after walking all day, our room was located on the second floor, but we felt like we were right next to the bar, it was that loud, just impossible to sleep, had to wait till midnight when the party finished (bear in mind we had a planned trip on Saturday and had to wake up at 6am, not very pleased with this "surprise party". The same thing happened on Saturday, no party but people drinking at the bar, smoking and talking very loud - with our windows closed we heard everything - a bit disappointing, giving the hotel is quite new.

The hotel is absolutely stunning, a new build, rooms are big and cleaned everyday, breakfast very nice, especially all the cakes. Personnel always happy to help, and the bar on the roof is a nice extra.

Air conditioning controls takes a bit of time to get used to. I was unfortunate with sewer smell coming from drainage in toilet, another friend in a different room had no problems.

Auwful, dirty industrial area, where the hotel is situated. The view is not good. No place to go for a walk, one has to go by car to reach downtown (or get a free hotel shuttle each hour till 18:00)

Booked a 3 night surprise trip for my boyfriend’s birthday and absolutely loved it. The best room I have ever stayed in by far! Lots of space, very comfortable bed and a jacuzzi in the room with views of Vesuvius. Staff are amazing with a special mention to Mauro (BEST) for his help! He even gave us a lift to the airport when there were no taxi’s available. Thank you! Rooftop meal and drinks are very nice with great bartender Jasper. Great spa with sauna and pool. Definitely worth staying here! Forza Napoli!
