The only thing that didn't meet our expectations was the hot tub - it was hardly even warm. Otherwise, a delightful stay!

It was a charming hotel, with the most delicious gourmet breakfast buffet ever. The host was very friendly and helpful. The free bus pass was an added bonus.

The Goldener Adeler is simply exceptional. Beautiful, comfortable and spacious, and the fixtures and fittings are modern and high quality. The hosts are extremely friendly and welcoming. They helped with any questions we had, and prepared a delicious breakfast each morning. Chiusa is a beautiful place - we didn't want to leave!

Amazing location, in a beautiful little village. Our room was cozy and designed with great attention to details. Very close to Val de Funes and other amazing places in the Dolomites. Also, a very good breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay!

The shower did work so well, so he showered in the bath. We told them, and I guess it's specific in this room, can't tell about the other rooms

The room was big and comfortable, great for a family with kids, clean and nice. Great spa facility. Breakfast was ritch with a lot of choices. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location is 4 min walk from the little town center and restaurants. Very recommended

The AC will satisfy the large majority of people. However, it can only be adjusted to a certain temperature range at night. It’s understandable why, but the option to put it lower could be made available.

Amazing breakfast, you would only get this elsewhere if you pay 50%+ or more for a room compared to the price of this hotel. Probably the best hotel breakfast I have ever had.

Nothing much really. Some minor wear and tear (bathroom door needs some adjustment, shower hose slighly damaged), but everything was clean and working.

A nice, privately owned hotel in Klausen off the Brenner highway. Mixture of long-term guests and those who stay the night for a travel break. Very pleasant room. We (family of four) had a junior suite with one king bed and a pull-out sofa bed. Slept well. Bath with shower and tub, toilet and bidet. One small separate room with coat rack, shelves and a safe. Very pleasant breakfast area, large variety of food choices, very tasty. Very courteous staff including the owner himself (or so it seemed).

We expect to use the sauna after the hiking, but it's close at 7PM, or need reservation.

The buffet breakfast is very good. The room was nicely furnished and decorated. All was perfectly clean. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.

The spa is a clothes free zone, which I don't feel comfortable doing. I wish it was fine to have swimwear or naked.

Breakfast was amazing! I wish I had hours to sit and eat (next time!). The staff were very friendly. Huge terrace and automatic blinds. The room was modern and new, with a comfortable bed and a very nice bathroom & shower. Under ground parking (free).

Spa was disappointing. Hot tub wasn’t hot and buttons didn’t work. Turkish bath was good, but no lights. Light bulbs were out and tiles had chips. Spa looked old and dated. Room was too warm.

Breakfast was great. Room has electronic Rolladens, bathrooms and shower was clean and nice. Bottled water and little cookies available. Elegant property, nicely decorated. Friendly and helpful staff. Parking was very easy.
