We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Lovely spacious room. Bed very comfortable. Complimentary toiletries high quality and topped up regularly. Really enjoyed having tea and coffee facilities in room with proper cups and mugs. Staff very friendly, cheerful and helpful. Didn’t use them but saw bicycles available and would use them if we go there again as local terrain excellent for cycling.

United KingdomWe stayed in a Junior Suite and, considering the cost, it was a little churlish to charge for bottles of water in the minibar and the provision of a kettle, although very welcome, would have been better if the accompanying teabags etc was more generous.
As I was playing in a golf tournament at the course this hotel was absolutely perfectly placed for me. It was very clean and well maintained with an adequate car park. Breakfast was lovely. Not too far from the nearest train station (20 mins by car) so we were able to get to Venice and Trieste quite easily. Lignano itself was beautiful although, being out of the summer season, not completely open.

AustriaGuest with dogs are not a problem if dogs are on lash. Unfortunately many Dog owners leave their dogs unlashed and un-controled which is extremely unpleasant for other guests. Staff does not remind to follow policy.

Italythe first night I didn’t sleep enough because of the crickets inside the wooden walls but then the next day it’s gone. Outside there is a passage for private parking there are lots of pigeon poops because lack of proper cleaning.
The view is fantastic! The room is clean. Breakfast is in buffet and the croissants are good.
