The first room had a lot of issues (broken shutter, mold, bathroom door didn't close, outlets didn't work) but when we told them about all these issues, they were more than happy to move us to a different and bigger room.

The price quality is ok, but the pictures of the room and bathroom do not show how tight they are. The bathroom is 1m2: it includes the toilet and the shower (very small!). The washbasin is out of the toilet, next to the bed. The pictures didn't show that. The shower smells bad, however this smell was overpowered by another because the air freshener of the room has a very intensive fragrance. It was impossible to get the smell out.

The hotel is located close to the city center. The personnel were kind and helpful. The bed was comfortable.

Takes too long to warm up the room, broken handle on the bathroom door so you can't close the door completely.

The water pressure was very wrak and it was difficult to take a shower.

The room was very comfortable for us with baby. The food at breakfast was varied and tasty. Tge hotel garden was great.

The room was quite run down. Bathroom was terrible. Very tiny and door didn’t lock at all. The shower door also fell off multiple times. Water pressure was so bad, it was really difficult to wash your hair. The ‘private terrace’ was connected to other hotel room terraces and backed onto the area where people had breakfast in the hotel. Our room (503) also had mould on the ceiling above one of the beds. Breakfast was very average and they didn’t offer milk, only soy milk. Really not worth the money.

The aircon was really effective and kept the room super cold. The location was also very good at it was a 10 min walk from the Rome termini station and 5 mins to Manzoni station.

Great service, smiled and willing to help administrators, tasty breakfast with eggs, ham, cheese, croissants, pies, juices, coffee tea, etc. for only 5€. Nice and quiet inner garden view. The room we ordered was pretty small but with a balcony, so at evening we could enjoy that quiet inner gurden with some trees and flowers. The bed was very comfortable, sheets were clean.

The room/s we booked were what we could expect in central Rome close to Train station, at this price rather basic but clean. It fulfilled our needs for a day in Rome. Breakfast rather ok for such small hotel.

There was no elevator in the hotel. Also, the bathroom was super dooper tiny — I haven’t seen a tinier bathroom. There sink was located in the bedroom and not in the bathroom, which is was rather a new concept for me. The staff was really good though, especially one of their receptionist named Julia.

The location was good. It was a 10-12 minute walk from the main train station. Also, a couple of restaurants 1-2 minute walk. The coliseum was 20ish minutes walk.

The area might not be the best but overall Rome is pretty bad everywhere, and the 2 single beds that make the double bed get separated very easily can’t stay in the middle

El hotel no tenía elevador y nuestra habitación estaba en el tercer piso. Fue un poco difícil comunicarse con los trabajadores del hotel porque no hablan inglés o italiano muy claramente.

No water or coffee maker in the room, small room, small shower, and a funky smell emanating from bathroom pipes or sewer system at different times. Little patio outside was cool.

Very friendly & professional staff, and a good breakfast for the price. Secure entrance, staff on hand. Close to the subway & train station; a handful of good restaurants by foot.

The hotel is ideally located 7 minutes from Termini Central Station and the Manzoni Metro, but at the same time it is close to the railway and autoroad. Therefore, if your room's windows don't face to a nice courtyard, the noise of the roads will be heard from morning until late at night. The staff is very attentive, pleasant, always ready to help. The breakfast is decent, its main attraction is the same wonderful typical Roman courtyard.
