A very comfortable hotel, in a perfect location, with comfortable rooms. The staff is very helpful, the breakfast is outstanding. I would like to highlight the cakes and pastries made by Kinga. His work and his relationship with the guests greatly raise the quality of the hotel.

Maybe only little drawback that near parking are paid So be ready for spending a bit more money if you stay longer.

The location cannot be better, in the very center of Cagliari, close to everything. Communication with the owner was very easy, they explained everything in advance. Checking was quick and easy. Room itself very nice, clean, well equipped. Breakfast really rich and amazing. This place was really a pleasure to stay at♥️

The only minus was that the duvet didn't have a proper cover but was in between two sheets which was leaving the duvet exposed while sleeping and it looked a bit dirty.

Location, breakfast, coffee, personnel everything was perfect! We had the first room next to the breakfast room, so we had a tiny view of the marina too (room 101). The windows were very soundproof to outside noise. You can walk anywhere from the hotel, including the train station (5 mins). The breakfast room was gorgeous!

Surpassed all our expectations...would class this as a boutique hotel. The decor was superb, very clean and comfortable. Staff were so friendly and the lady at breakfast was really amazing..she offered cooked breakfasts, pancakes and had made the cakes on offer. The location was right on via roma.

The rooms could be better soundproofed. We could hear talking from the people next door.

The location was very convenient, good restaurants, sites, public transportation all within easy walking distance. The premises were comfortable and pleasantly decorated. The staff were very helpful and always pleasant.

Ongoing work on via Roma made the access to the hotel from the parking not evident.

Very stylish and comfortable hotel Excellent breakfast. Location perfect for me since I arrived with a late ferry and still wanted to visit town centre the day after. Easy parking in the harbour area close to the hotel.

Lucia, at the front desk, who was rude knocking the door of my bedroom, before the hour of my check out. In addition, she pretended to make me uncomfortable knowing that Valerio had registered that I could stay until 12:30. Lucia isn’t good to stay at an hotel reception.

Some rooms had noicy water pipes close to them. Street work affect to the accessability. Lift is a bit scary.

The hotel was in the heart of the old city. Rooms had personal touch in decorations Rooms had different coloring. Room is large for one person.

Possibly an extra chair or stool to provide more space in room where to place luggage and personal belongings.

Excellent location near train station, sea front, restaurants, shops, main square and historic centre. Also, near Christmas market of Cagilari. Very clean. Exceptional breakfast. Very helpful staff. Very comfortable bed. Kept out luggage before check-in time and after check-out. Reception open from 7am till 11pm. Otherwise staff was available via telephone communication. Nice view from breakfast room. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room.
