Don't really know. How can you beat excellent staff, facilities and ideal weather? We are not big fish eaters or into experimenting in food options, so we did not go to the main dining room for dinner. However, that is not really a complaint, more just our tastes.

It was good. Plenty of choices & varieties of food, and you could order omelets or other egg options to be made just for you. The servers were very professional & attentive with mainly smiles on their faces.

All of the staff, regardless of role were the most professional you could wish for! They were exceptional in all they did and provided.

Breakfast was more like a feast! Dinner was delicious! The staff were more than accomodating. The facilities are beautiful and the manager was delightful (and gave us great tips and a lovely parting gift!) We met some lovely guests and hope to return next time we are in Italy!

Everything. The staff here are impeccable nothing is too much trouble they go out if their way to make sure you are having the best time, the hotel has lush gardens all around making you feel as though you are miles away.

All of the staff is amazing! Friendly, efficient and professional. The hotel is very well kept, and they offer an evening cocktail period with a pianist. Breakfast is delicious and I had the very best lunch at the pool cafe. Love everything about this hotel! Also had a mineral bath and therapeutic massage that were very healing and professionally done.

What a magical property. This was the perfect resort to kick off my solo wellness/relaxation vacation. Wellness achieved! The size of the property, the pool, the beach, the spa, staff that has been there 30+ years that made you feel like family and the food, all 5 stars!

Although elegant-the decor need a little updating.But then again that is maybe part of the charm.

The location was great-close to shops and restaurants. They have their own private beach and the most divine restaurant at the beach. The food overall was fantastic and the service excellent. The reception staff, housekeeping /pool/beach and restaurant staff were all excellent

Beach area is small and location of property was about 800m from Mai port area with all the shops and restaurants.

Amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Well trained. Lovely pool area. Substantial breakfast included with so many choices. Great concierge service for booking restaurants and tours.

Food and service in Belvedere Restaurant was below standard for evening meal especially considering price. By contrast the included breakfast was excellent as were the morning staff.

Fabulous location, excellent facilities and wonderful staff. The beach staff were excellent too as were the staff at the beach side dining location. A special mention for Enzo the head barman who was attentive, a great cocktail mixer and always a welcoming face in the evening. Rooms and standard of house keeping was excellent. Room attended to twice a day with fresh towels and water.

The lunch menu did not have a great deal of choice, so having eaten at the pool / beach twice, we then had lunch out.

The hotel had a luxury feel about it. The restaurant, pool area, gardens, beach area and other public spaces were wonderful as were all of the staff. Our room was very spacious, comfortable and quiet.

The rooms are lovely, but it would be good to have a walk in shower, and also the pillows could be improved, but that is just a tiny little thing.

Very pretty hotel in lovely gardens very near the fabulous shopping street and near the beautiful castle. The rooms were really nice, the staff were excellent and could not do enough for you. It really does have that ‘old school’ charm. Pool area is lovely.

This hotel was so relaxing and luxurious. The staff went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. The pools and the beach were gorgeous and the breakfast and dinner were both excellent. There was such a lovely atmosphere in the hotel and we will definitely be back 😊
