Parking! I've stayed there before and had free parking overnight. Now it seems a Private Company has now taken over the Car Park and charges a fee for parking. For Hotel Guests it's actually a higher traiff. I don't think I'll stay there again.

Food offering in the Bar/Restaurant. Staff excellent but food was cold.

It was very odd that the restaurant was closed that night. We had to go out to find a restaurant which were also closed. Fortunately a local supermarket was open so we managed to find suitable food.

Everything was very good. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Good secure parking. Spacious rooms. Opposite railway station. As we were leaving at 3am a small breakfast package was made available. Good airport connections by use of a regular bus service. Very close to motorway turn on/off.

Their was a kettle in the room that I was having trouble plugging it in the socket (maybe it was just me not able to understand how its done😂) so was a bit disappointed I could not make a coffee when I got up in the morning, please just maybe leave the kettle plugged in the socket, or a little manual for dummies like me🤣

Accessible transport, room was very spacious, staff very accommodating and friendly, the room I stayed in had the perfect view, the food from their restaurant was so tasty😋and the bonus is that you can choose to dine in or take the food to your room, I loved everything about this hotel, will 💯 stay again if I have the chance of visiting again, which is most likely because I love to see visit this part of the region😍😍I would like to say thanks to the hotel staff for making my stay a comfortable one😘

Nothing. We had a great night's sleep.

This was a last minute booking due to a change of plan because of bad weather at sea, meaning we had to drive Naples to Palermo instead of taking the ferry, so we were exhausted when we arrived at the hotel. We didn't expect all that much of an airport hotel, let alone of the location, but we were pleasantly surprised on both counts. The hotel is modern and super-clean. Rooms are huge, beds comfortable and water pressure in the shower excellent. And far from being surrounded by car parks and industrial units only, there were a few really decent places to eat nearby. We went to Mary's Pub, and had an absolutely outstanding dinner, for a very reasonable cost. It was just five minutes' walk away.

There was a problem with reservation that was booked through Booking.com but staff accomidated us.

Breakfast was good, lots of choices. The location was great cause we took the train that was just across the road from our hotel.

Late arrivals to breakfast could be confused by the lack of staff present in the restaurant.

Wifi in room 201 is poor, possibly due to the building layout and where the access point for the floor is sited. In the restaurant at breakfast the reception was good.

Car park at rear required you to carry luggage along a 30 metre tunnel and 2 flights of stairs to reach ground floor reception- no lift
