We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomParking! I've stayed there before and had free parking overnight. Now it seems a Private Company has now taken over the Car Park and charges a fee for parking. For Hotel Guests it's actually a higher traiff. I don't think I'll stay there again.

United KingdomIt was very odd that the restaurant was closed that night. We had to go out to find a restaurant which were also closed. Fortunately a local supermarket was open so we managed to find suitable food.
Everything was very good. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Good secure parking. Spacious rooms. Opposite railway station. As we were leaving at 3am a small breakfast package was made available. Good airport connections by use of a regular bus service. Very close to motorway turn on/off.

Wifi in room 201 is poor, possibly due to the building layout and where the access point for the floor is sited. In the restaurant at breakfast the reception was good.

AustriaFrom the parking to lobby are only stairs, impossible for me with all the luggage. But I had to come again to the front door and there the receptionist helped me to unload and load luggage. No trolley for luggage and to the room I had to bring by myself. If I have only one small trolley then it would be ok to do by myself, not my case
Location in front of station, very good. Big parking area free of charge. Big bar with terrace on the outside of the hotel, which also has a counter inside. Friendly staff. One of the best restaurants of all Calabria in walking distance : Fermino Ristorante. Via Giovanni XXIII. Read my recension on trip advisor and Google. I came to Lamezia Terme just to eat there, and it was worth traveling 600km (I came from Rome) to do that! My single room was well equipped. Bathroom small. Not enough plugs to charge phones etc. Cattle to prepare tea in the room. Comfortable 110cm single bed. My room went to the rear so no noise of trains.

The hotel is in front of the train station. It is very convenient to make a day trip to Tropea, pizzo and scilla. The room is clean and the staff is helpful and nice. Even though it is close to the train station, there is no noise at night.

PolandBreakfast was very early, at 9 there were only leftovers. The is no true air condition in the room, only cool air blowing but this does not cool down the temperature in the room. The hotel is very close to the railway and there are train noises in the morning.
