the hotel is located directly to the ocean with a own small beach the rooms are quite big and really clean the staff was friendly the hotel has a big parking space the breakfast was good it was pitty that we have booked only one night

A lot of steps, and getting around the beautiful property is a bit confusing

The property and the grounds are exceptional; private cove for sunning and swimming in crystal clear water; decent breakfast; many comfy places to relax, excellent staff service

Far from the town which is our fault for not looking into a bit more beforehand - highly recommend to just take a taxi here as the local bus is unreliable and hard to find places that sell tickets.

Absolutely stunning hotel, we got upgraded to a bigger suite with a balcony, and we both cried when we saw the view. Incredible location on a cliff overlooking the mediterranean, it was too cold unfortunately to go swim in but the pool and jacuzzi were very nice. The food was incredible, and a huuuuuge breakfast buffet that was unexpected but very necessary considering how isolated you are from everything else outside the resort.

The rooms, especially bathrooms could need an upgrade

The most beautiful location with the most amazing sea and private beach. The staff were incredibly kind and professional, they made us feel so welcomed. Extra credit to the gardener - all the green and flowers make the property so special.

The other reviews are true - there are a lot of stairs. You could definitely go and enjoy the views, restaurant and pool without too many stairs but if you want to go down to the beach (highly recommend), there are many stairs. They do a nice job of grassy landing areas if you need to rest on the way up.

This property is such a gem outside of town which was a welcome change from the touristy spots. The views are incredible and the hotel is stunning. We almost didn’t eat at the restaurant for dinner and that would have been a HUGE mistake. We went out first night and immediately booked our second night there. The staff is lovely and remembered everything about us (wine choices, etc). The caprese sandwich is NOT to be missed at the pool! We were traveling with our four year old and they were so accommodating. The beach is small but a perfect nook. The water is shallow pretty far out which was fun for us and our child. I can’t wait to go back.

Wow...what a lot of stairs.

The views from our building 4 balcony were incredible. The views from the water looking at the facility were great. The water and sand were perfect. Breakfast was good but an omelet station would have been nice. Bar/restaurant/registration/cleaning staff were all very friendly. Drinks and salads were excellent. We both got a massage and that was a real highlight. The woman (sorry, I can't remember her name) was very sweet, professional and skilled.

Hotel resturant is very overpriced for dinner It is difficult to control AC temperature in the room, so you need to turn it on and off

The property should think to have a navetta to take clients from hotel to city centre and back at a certain intervals.

200 steps to beach, no elevator…not recommended for anyone with mobility issues or weak knees!

The restaurant at hotel wasn’t as good as I anticipated. The means often came out Luke warm. If they got a new chef in it would be amazing I think. I found bed and pillows very hard. Because I’ve this I didn’t sleep particularly well

Breakfast was ok, was hoping for more. And there was no elevator, which was fine for us, but for others that might be a problem. Wish it was closer to Gaeta town which was ok - was hoping for more “cozy and Italian” feel

Beautiful location on the cliffs, the restaurant was located with a great view & the food was very good. We enjoyed the private beach with a bar & towel service. Clean rooms with a balcony and lovely view here too. Overall great hotel for a few nights in Gaeta.

Beautiful location and excellent friendly staff both for the accommodation and the restaurants for diner and breakfast. Received a beautiful upgrade room and very helpful staff after loosing a shirt which was send to my new hotel without any cost. Top service and still grateful!
