We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

ItalyWell, it's a family hotel, so it's kind of noisy especially during meals that are held in a large hall with many tables, they also do some sort of entertainment with music and chants, that was also a bit annoying.
The staff was nice and the facilities are excellent, I loved the sauna, dinner was good and breakfast too. Position was also good. Overall it's a decent place to stay a few nights.

RomaniaThe room was extremely outdated, it is hard to believe that this is a 4 star hotel - maybe it got last refurbished in the ‘90s. The bunk beds are actually dangerous, you do not even have a mechanism for the children to climb it - it looked rather like something improvised, than something I could spend my vacation with 2 kids in. The hairdryer in the room was a joke, so I asked for another one & I got charged for it. I never been to a 4 star SPA where you need to pay additionally for the bathrobes. Breakfast very basic & restaurant also outdated.
Good location for ski, entertainment team very friendly and good program for the children, pool included. However there was no value for money.

United KingdomThe hotel had said it had gluten free options. However, the breakfast option consisted of a basket of pre-packed dry biscuits and toasts which were not palatable. The remainder of the food was a buffet running the risk of cross contamination. My daughter choose to stick to a yoghurt for breakfast. In the evening, there were limited options and the staff could not tell us what the option would be when we asked during the day. I would not recommend this hotel if you require gluten free food and we had to eat elsewhere each evening. Even for those of us who were not gluten free, the quality of the breakfast offering was poor. Our suite was very large, but very sparse. It needs some soft rugs or furnishing and somewhere to sit other than the bed. A chair to make the most the view would be great. Also, it was not possible to change the temperature of the AC, so it was cool in the large master room and too hot at night in the smaller bedroom. Also, be aware, that this is a large hotel and there were numerous school groups staying that on occasion overwhelmed the restaurant and bar area and the staff seemed stressed on more than one occasion dealing with the number of residents at the hotel.
The reception staff at the hotel were friendly, the suite was large with a great view of the pistes and a great jacuzzi bath. The access to the pistes was excellent - we just had to cross the road. The spa had a nice Turkish bath and sauna.

SloveniaDinner gets quite late, finishes past 21h, we would prefer to have it earlier. Missing variety for breakfast, it’s very continental, no vegetables.
Ski pists just across the street. Great animation service for kids. Stuff kind and helpful. Clean and comfortable. Pool and saunas on the spot as well.
