The shower screen in 115 was a very poor fit and leaks all over the bathroom floor.

The gym wasn’t very good, no cleaning stuff for before or after using the equipment (only hand anti bac). The outdoor pool was lovely! Annoyingly my adapter would only work in one plus socket in the bathroom, which charged incredibly slowly. The other plug sockets are the very old style and non of my adapters work with the old sockets. That was irritating. The night manager who greeted me was lovely, really friendly and helpful. I found the staff behind the front desk during the day not as friendly - it was very quiet and whenever I walked past, they didn’t usually look up and say hello which I found a bit uncomfortable, especially as I was on my own. Excellent breakfast, very good - I did feel a little like I was being chased out as it shut at 10.30 so I ate between 10-10.30 the only one there at that time and I felt (maybe understandably) that they wanted me gone asap, no checking for more tea, etc.

The spa experience was not what we were hoping for. Lots of paperwork and an odd configuration.

Wonderful hotel with great facilities. The breakfast was fantastic, the location right in the old part of the town was great. We loved the bar and also the outdoor pool.

I found the spa a bit updated, there is not a real relaxing area and the access to the outdoor pool from the gym is a bit awkward.

Nothing to add …all good.

Breakfast was excellent and the main bar was warm and friendly. Possibly a few more regular beer options would have been good, but on the whole all very good. The swimming pool and sauna was great fun and very useful after a day skiing. To my eternal shame as an Englishman I could only speak English, but the reception staff in particular were happy to speak in English and they never made me fee bad about it !! Great recruitment policy clearly !!

As an English person a cup of breakfast tea is important 😀 we drink our tea with cold milk. It would be good if it was served with milk. I love swimming in the pool after skiing. We had great weather but it was very cold in the day and the pool wasn’t warm enough. I have stayed in the hotel 3 times before so I know it can be more enjoyable.

Room and hotel generally very comfortable. Staff very helpful and courteous.

Overpriced fancy hotel with no air conditioning. Not even in the tiny gym. Breakfast is ok for 3 stars hotel. The spa is minimal.
