The breakfast could be improved in that it could offer more variety.

We found the location ideal, close to the beach and to shops and restaurants, and the rooms modern and comfortable (with A/C, which was a luxury given the really hot weather). The restaurant has a good menu and the food is fabulous. The staff were friendly and helpful, in particular at the reception desk. This hotel is more than 4 stars!

The lack of wait staff at the pool. We wanted to order a drink but had to go inside to go find someone to take our order. When he finally came out, he took our order, disappeared and then forgot about it, so we had to ask again when he happened to show up again.

Beautiful, stylish hotel right by the beaches/shops/restaurants. We loved our family room, it was very modern, spacious, quiet and airy. Breakfast buffet is plentiful and has a wonderful variety of foods, with a chef cooking eggs to order. Nice pool area but can get a little crowded. It was great that we were allowed to take the free towels provided at the pool to the beach as well. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. We did not eat dinner at the hotel nor used the spa, so cannot give feedback on those amenities, but the spa pricing looked very reasonable.

The location of the hotel is very central. Breakfast was very rich and tasty. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Nice restaurants, beaches and shops are within walking distance from the hotel. The atmosphere is very vibrant in the area during summer season.

I LOVED the pool! Our room was perfect for three people. Beds were super comfortable. The only hard part was the bill over 900 euros for two nights. Those are New York City prices. 450 american dollars per night.

Very few negative things to say - but really could have used a makeup magnifying mirror in the bathrooms, as my eyes are getting worse, the older I get :-) It took a few days before we found out that there were toilets and baths in the basement under the pool area, as there was no signs for it. And the ladies toilet was closed. But since our room was very close to the pool, it wasn't that big a problem. Our room was quite expensive, not sure if it is the general inflation that caused this, or if it is general. We couldn't get a space in the private parking, but we managed to park just outside the hotel in the public spaces every day (although the weekend is very crowded).

Very friendly staff, the cleaning lady also spoke English. Great room - we stayed in no. 183 with balcony and view to the pool, and easy access to the pool, without having to go through the lobby. We had 2 bathrooms - I could very easily get used to this :-) The breakfast was really good for Italian standards (we are not too fond of all the sweet cakes in the morning). We had dinner at the restaurant 2 nights, also very good. Great location for restaurants, tourist shopping etc. The pool area was great, not too crowded middle of June.

the shower and changing facilities for if you are leaving late and have to check out of the property could do with being refurbished. they could be lovely but are currently only adequate.

- Communication could have been clearer that there is actually no free beach nearby, you need to pay >20euro per day to get access to beds and umbrellas. That didn't bother us however as we would sunbathe by the pool. - Can be a bit loud around, but I don't recall this being an issue late at night - Staff wasn't welcoming or friendly - they weren't rude either - just no conversation at all with anyone

- Great location right on the promenade and not far from the 'public' access to the beach. - Great long pool with a separate adults only solarium area - Simple but delicious breakfast, I especially loved the fruit
