Not a single fault. Breakfast was amazing, we had a sea view room and it was so beautiful. Woke up at 6:20am to see the sunset from our balcony and it is something we will never forget. Staff very kind, pool was nice. It was our first holiday away together as a couple and something neither of us will forget. Very cherished memories. Thank you.

Thin walls between rooms. Large pool not heated, was not really possible to swim during our April vacation.

If within budget, book a room with a view of Napoli and Mt. Vesuvius, absolutely breath-taking!! Lovely staff, helping throughout our stay. There is a shuttle bus leaving about every hour to take you to town - very convenient!

Easy to hear next door and above us at times. Did not really dampen a fantastic experience though.

Fantastic staff, very polite, friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. Always enjoyed the dining experience and bar. I booked the junior suite, it is pricey but the room was amazing, very clean, comfortable, incredible view. Well thought out. The view from our room and balcony blew us away. We did not use the excursion trips as we had a rental car, parking was free and plenty of space in front of the hotel. Shuttle to the town and back every hour. Sad to leave. Huge thanks to all the staff for our treatment during our stay. When we next visit Sorrento, we'll book the same hotel, and hopefully the same room!

Bus service stopped between 1230pm and 330pm

The hotel had an amazing location and the view was incredible ! The swimming pool was a bonus and despite being cold , it was a treat in October if you come from a cold country ! The staff at the restaurant was incredibly helpful and friendly . The food was really nice ( we had lunch and dinner once) and the breakfast was replaced even for the late arrivals ! Maria Grazia, the lady who greater us every morning before making our room was the highlight of our stay! She spent a good few minutes every morning talking to the kids and asking how we were … an absolutely delightful personally and she brightened our mornings !!! The room was always spotless on our return - thanks Maria Grazia !!! Be aware that the free shuttle bus from the hotel to town stops between 1230pm and 330pm which means you need to have lunch at the hotel … the town stops during this hours anyway but you can still find nice coffee shops to eat if you don’t want a fancy lunch at the hotel. The town comes alive after 5pm and it’s totally worth it using the buses to experience the town at night ! Overall it was a very pleasant stay. Kids enjoyed the games room- pool table and table tennis . The gentleman at the reception desk was incredibly helpful but some other staff was quite unapproachable and we felt uncomfortable sometimes to ask questions as it seemed like we were importuning them too much. I recommend this hotel and we would definitely stay there again .

We have been travelling for 12 weeks and this was certainly a favourite. Room with hot tub looking over Myonos was incredible best breakfast and only short 10mins walk into town of Mykonos .Staff were exceptional we would highly recommend the stay here it was 5 star 🌟 we will be back

The views from our balcony were absolutely stunning. The hotel is located up the cliff from the center of town, but the hotel provides hourly transfer service to the center of town.

Magnificent views over Sorrento.Fantastic free hourly shuttle bus from the front reception into Sorrento. Swimming pool in our villa block, with jacuzzi and relaxing sun-beds. Our room had panoramic views. Breakfast was fabulous catering for every pallet.
