The property was just like the images I seen on the website! Grand Tremezzo and the staff is absolutely sensational! The property is so gorgeous and the staff went above and beyond from the time of check in to the time of check out accommodating me! I could write a novel! Grand Hotel Tremezzo exceeding expectations of my stay! They made my birthday weekend the most unforgettable moment ever! When I come back to Lake Como, Grand Hotel Tremezzo is where I will be staying again.

Just some minor problems in the bathroom. There was a slight foul smell of drainage. One of the sinks tap was not functioning. I did not complain since they gave me a generous upgrade.

They upgraded my room free of charge, since I booked a double room but was a bit too small for 2 adults and one 13 year old child.

Room did not have a coffee and tea maker.

Good service. Great property and has some of the best views. The Maitre D at the La Terrasse, Giovanni was excellent and very well experienced. It was a pleasure being attended to by him.

Stunning hotel! A true treasure on the coast of Lake Como. All aspects of the hotel epitomized luxury and comfort. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very comfortable and the view on the lake from the room balcony takes your breath away.

The “nice” restaurants food was good, but was outshined by the casual restaurant.

Indulgent in every way, one block from the water ferry, the breakfast and casual restaurant, staff, and on and on. GHT place exceeded all expectations.

The bedroom needs more clothing storage like drawers. The night stand table could be replaced with a drawer side table to make it convenient for the guest. It's quite small. Need more outlets for phone charging next to the bedside. Bathroom also needs a shelf/table under the sink vanity. Not much room for toiletries.

Breakfast variety and service; Pizza restaurant is very good! the views were amazing; especially the walk up to Bobo! the room is great but is smaller than I assumed from the pictures; the staff were super helpful. The location is great for visiting Bellagio and Varenna.

Our only disappointment was no kettle in the room and you had to pay for refreshments in the lounge. Everything was expensive but we did think tea and coffee should be available free of charge during the day, as other hotels we have stayed at. A concern was no one in the Spa pool area either each time we visited. No one on reception and we had to search for clean towels. We lost some shorts and had to go down 3 times before the cleaner found them.

One of the best hotels we have stayed at. Perfect for our Pearl wedding anniversary treat. Staff attentive, room was beautiful, breakfast was superb and the 3 pools are perfect.

Grand Hotel Tremezzo is the most wonderful experience— from it’s floating pool on the lake, to the beautiful one in the garden, in addition to the breathtaking spa, the property itself is heavenly. And then on top of that, the food is amazing too- the seafood on the lake is sublime, the pizza in the garden perfect for poolside, and the unbelievably beautiful and decadent breakfast buffet with a view… I don’t have enough good things to say about this idyllic hotel.
