Quite honestly, nothing. We loved it.

Superb hotel in wonderful mountain surroundings. Stylish, comfortable and very professionally run. A great mix of old and new, with superb attention to detail. The owner and his team were wonderfully welcoming from arrival to departure. Room, views, pool and restaurant were all top notch.

Exceptional retreat in a stunning location. The resort has been planned with impeccable detail and taste on the edge of the village with amazing views across the rooftops and mountains. Our room was beautiful with a lovely terrace. The owner and staff so were welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent location for walking in the mountains or visiting the villages and not too much of a windy road to Cefalù.

There really is nothing to complain about. The quality of the restaurant was good but nothing special. The pool is in the shade after 2pm and very cold. The entire hotel is still amazing value for money and a little peaceful paradise.

A beautiful boutique hotel in a small village in the mountains! Deluxe room is not too spacious, but well equipped. Excellent shower and good bed. Highlight was our tiny balcony with a few over the village. Staff were all super friendly and caring.

An absolutely peaceful place with a unique 180° view on the village and mountains, magic atmosphere to start with. High quality service and infrastructure as well as the delicious food. Very rich homemade breakfast buffet, great price-value offer. The staff is extraordinary friendly, we loved everything about our week's stay at Gratteri Resort.

Absolutely nothing.

What can I say? This resort is the paradise. All staff were the best people we came across during our time in Sicily. We got lost in the middle of the village, and Antonio and the maitre came to help us. They were very polite, outgoing and always eager to help us. If we ever come back to Sicily, we will stay here! Additionally, the resort is in a village, surrounded by mountains, so it's ideal to connect with nature, and enjoy the views. Grazie mille for making us feel so special!

Not too many bad things to say, however we had a small problem with the shower facilities that was flooding. Another small issue was that it is slightly difficult to reach the resort if you do not have a car.

We had a different room to the one that we booked. We booked a double standard room and we received a room for 4 persons with the stair in the middle, we do not have enough space. They could not change it, but they are tried to please us with some drinks offered and also a small discount 3,5%.

Antonio and Marco were great. Thanks guys. We like the pool, location, view from the pool and also the dinner was good.

The professional pictures of this resort are incredibly accurate. What seems to be a hidden oasis out of a TV travel show is just that. Framed by steep alpine slopes to one side and a forest to the other, our short stay turned out to be a real escape to recharge our batteries. All aspects of this resort are beautifully done, from the raised flower beds with palm trees to the wooden pool deck. The restaurant is another excellent feature. The food is amazing and the prices (including drinks) are very reasonable given the remote location of the town of Gratteri. The staff is attentive and kind. Our room was tastefully decorated albeit a bit dark at night. We had a little seating area outside that we really appreciated. There is no doubt that we will be back very soon.
