The area around the hotel was very dirty, lots of rubbish etc. The hotel itself could do with a bit of updating.

Decent breakfast, location was convenient for the main attractions of Rome. The roof terrace bar was relaxing to have a drink after a days sightseeing.

Location wise it is perfect for Vatican City visits, but it’s quite a walk into the other typical tourist attractions so be comfy shoes are a necessity. Breakfast wasn’t to our taste but that’s a personal preference.

The hotel was lovely! Staff were super welcoming and helpful. Lovely clean rooms with plenty of space and the shower/showers were really good too. Special mention to the gentleman who worked on the rooftop bar who was just lovely! Exception value for money.

Room would not cool off enough for us. We had to have the front desk come to help us and the man basically scolded us to not touch it. Room had bucket under bathroom sink to catch water. Tripped over loose wooden floor in front of bathroom door.

The location was a 15 minute walk from The Vatican. Plenty of options for food. Bartender on rooftop was very friendly.

Shower in the bathroom was very small. Even a medium large person would find it very difficult to get in and out of and to maneuver in.

It was a bit warm due to the energy saving feature, the key was necessary in a slot to run air conditioning and lighting. when away from the room the ac didn't run. It took a while to cool down after returning.

I was told that they could not turn on the the air conditioner until May 15 due to government regulations. I spoke with others who stayed at various hotels in Rome at the same time and they had air conditioning. I had to have the air off and it was 80 degrees F and was forced to open the window and door to balcony at night to get cooler air. The breakfast was mediocre. They advertised a roof garden with food/drink and it did not exist.

The staff was extremely helpful and cortious.

Hotel had no hot water due to storm which sucked as we got caught in the storm so a nice warm shower would have been nice . Breakfast was a little boring , Not many options.

Towels and bed sheets never been changed in our 5 days/4 nights stay. Mold at the shower and not cleaned. Pieces of hair on the floor. Dust on the furniture in the room and on the floor. Fridge was dirty inside. Old furniture.

One issue I encountered during my stay was the automatic turn off of the heating system at night, which left me feeling very cold and ultimately led to catching a cold. While I understand this policy may be due to city regulations, it does not seem to be very considerate towards the comfort and wellbeing of guests. As a guest who spends the majority of the day out and about exploring the city, it would be beneficial to have the option of keeping the heating on at night for a more comfortable and restful stay.

The lady who does the breakfast and cleans the rooms was very overworked and was left on her own to keep customers fed while two managers watched on. This lady was literally running in and out of the kitchen. I hope she gets the help she deserves.

The breakfast was not so cool. The choice was every day the same and if you are vegan, it is maybe better not to pay for the breakfast. I would also expect more of the equipment in the room such as flipflops, bathrobe...

The location is very central, we could just walk all around the most famous places in Rome, there are also many good and not expensive restaurants near the hotel! At night, the location was always silent and nothing was disturbing my sleeping.
