Great sized apartment in perfect location. Near to the ferry buildings

heating wasn't allowed be turned on (its allowed during winter months, we stayed the end of april ) and it did get cold at night so bring some layers for bed time. The water pressure for the shower was very low and wasn't hot (not sure if it was due to the heating not been on) , that been said we would have no problem staying here again.

The location of this property was amazing, about 5 -7 minutes walk from the train station with luggage and 5 minutes walk to the ferry port for Bellagio etc . 6 of us stayed here for 2 nights ,it was basic but perfect for a base to explore and for the price we paid we were very happy. A little mini market next door with bread, pastries, take away cocktails etc and a lovely little balcony on the apartment to relax on. They allowed us late check out with no extra charge which was brilliant as we didnt have to carry our bags around for half of our last day. The host was waiting at the agreed time to give us the keys and everything went perfect.

The thing I don't like is the warm water in bathroom it is super slow and difficult 😣 to manage as weather is quite cold.

Good apartment with all basic amenities quite big for a family of 4, location is superb , paintings are awesome. The kitchen is fully equipped and the views are Gr8.

Pillows were flat and hard. October was really cold and rainy so apartment was really cold also and the heating was additional cost. Maybe because of cold but room smelled a little musty.

The mattress was very solid and the pillows varied in softness. The towels were mismatched and old. Our feeling was that although the property had many bonuses, it needs an upgrade.

We didn't have breakfast included. We did, however, have a kitchen, so were able to buy breakfast ingredients and make our own. We enjoyed having self catering facilities. The location of the property was extremely close to the train station and to the dock, which was perfect for us. It was also close to the walk along the shore and the town centre. We enjoyed having a balcony and the building was also very secure.

These are Little things but come to Mind when I think back on our stay: the Toilet constantly ran, the toilet seat was splashed and constantly wet The towels were Like a similar To My Loufa at Home The hairdryer was terrible. It was hot but it was not a blow dryer. More Like a toaster Oven I wouldn't consider the pillows suitable for sleep. The apartment was reminiscent of a going away to camp

As apartment is near the walkway heading towards the train station, so you can sometimes hear people walk by with luggage in the morning. The lounge isnt comfortable but i believe host will be getting a new one later this year, however since we were out most of the time, it wasnt a problem for me. A single bed wasnt very comfortable.

The apartment is in a good location, its near the wharf and train station plus its includes parking which was a real bonus. There is a lovely beach a few mins away and the main piazza and restaurant area is a 10 min stroll along the pretty waterfront promenade. The host was very kind and allowed us to leave our bags for the day and collect them at 4pm since the next guests were arriving late - this was really helpful as it allowed us to enjoy day out on ferry visiting the other towns, so a massive thumbs up for that. The apartment is very close to train station which was very useful as we left by train. It is a good size apartment with balcony which is located on the second floor - it is perfect for a family or group as it can sleep 6.

Only the wifi and the couch.

The location is fantastic, 2 minute walk from the train station. The apartment is big and roomy, great for the 4 of us. Only negative is none of us could get wifi the whole time we were there and the couch in the lounge room is so fragile you could hardly sit on it. The host Enza was helpful and met us at the apartment as arranged. All in all, a really good apartment in a beautiful place.

The toilet was bad. It ran constantly and had rust stains and in general NEEDS REPLACEMENT!

The hygiëne. The fridge was dirty. The fridge had melted butter and looked like someone hadn't cleaned the inside for serveral weeks there where stains and even leftovers of the previous guests same goes with the oven it was burned black and needer to be throughly cleaned or just simply replaced. Also in the washing machine were still towels from the previous gasts and. We saw bedbugs and they left hugs marks on our arms, legs and back. They itched like hell. Overall we had a nice week and we enjoyed our vacay, but im not booking here again unless it gets better cleaned. Would leave this residence as your last choice. Since there are also 3 other houses nearby

The location is amazing it was 2 minutes from the train station you dont notice any trains going by. And a 5 minute walk from the ferry.

Cooking facilities could do with updating and it is noisy when people are using the adjacent path to and from the station. If you are letting an apartment to more than one couple, they will need more than one set of keys. When requested, the owners could not provide an extra set, which was inconvenient when people went off to do different activities. The pillows were extremely hard and uncomfortable and a choice of something softer would have made the beds more comfortable.

Excellent location for train station and ferry port. Very spacious apartment with a balcony . Good value for money.

The shower did not have hot water and the taps were confusing to use, hot water would come for 2 seconds and then it was cold. The internet was poor quality, drops in and out, we could only use it for 2 mins at a time.

Attention, there is no central heating and no AC! It was so cold in here, especially for the kids. The windows are so thin, it was really cold at night! We felt uncomfortable because there was no way of heating the room - and yes, we all slept in one room, just to feel a little warmer. Cold, cold, cold!

The location is great, right next to the ferry and the train station. It's so beautiful to walk in the evening around the lake and watch the mountains. The apartment is big, with many beds.

They have the worst wifi internet connection and also mobile signal is very poor inside the apartment. The bathtubs were not clean and there were no soaps in the toilet.

The location is perfect and they have separate parking space for the guest because we had car with us.

The washing machine was very dirty and kept tripping the power board. The rules were to get rid of rubbish or incur a 20 euro fine. But no collective complex bin to put all the rubbish?

Faulty lounge that you couldn’t sit on.No working gas stove igniter provided. dishes and cups in the kitchen not clean. Fridge didn’t work well, freezer needs defrosting.

It was off-season and the apartment was not as clean as I would've liked. There was a lot of dust, huge spiderwebs, and hair around the apartment. On top of tax, I had to pay a heating fee for the 2 nights we were there. I did not see this in any of the paperwork beforehand so was a little thrown off. The towels need to be upgraded! They were very rough and the bedding look tired and mixed-matched. With new towels and bedding and more attention to cleaning, this place would have been a lot better. But all in all, the apartment is fine, with potential.
