The B & B doesn't have a common area, (like a lobby) where to seat down and rest. The rooms are small. The dining room is very small, not comfortable seating.

The staff was very helpful and courteous. The B & B is clean, and updated. Breakfast was good. There's a choice of hot dishes prepared at your specified time. Cold cuts, bread, cereals, juices. Excellent location for site seeing, restaurants, transportation.

An excellent choice to stay in Rome, especially if you want to explore Vatican. A lot places of interest are nearby. Room is cozy, good variety of breakfasts. Special point to mark is customer service which is on point, the hotel team is working on their best. And thanks to a hotel staff Kim for Rome guidance and good advice.

It was a bit pricey for the offering. Room size was to the minimum however with a good layout, breakfast could be improved however the place setup limits the possibility.

The staff was great always worried to service you the best. Nice recommendations made for restaurants. The staff prepared us a breakfast to go for the last day as we were leaving early.

The room could have been improved by not having open storage for clothing. It would also benefit from drawers to store personal items out of sight. Also, a shelf in the bathroom would be useful .

The property is in an excellent location. Very close to Vatican City.

Nothing loved everything !

This accommodation was absolutely perfect! We arrived early for check in and were met by Kim who welcomed us and gave us a map and told us lots of information. Kim was so lovely and so helpful nothing was too much trouble. Our room was actually ready early which was fantastic. Room was beautiful, so clean. Great size as well. The breakfast was delicious everything you could want. The location again was great about five minute walk to the Vatican and all other locations walkable. There is a taxi rank about two minutes walk away. Highly recommend a stay here. We had a brilliant time !

Location is very good, next to Vatican city, other popular places are close as well, i recommend walking. Kim and other staff also the owner, Fabiano, are all very friendly and helpful. They help out for all your needs. The place is modern looking, quiet and clean. It was a good experience.

I may be a couple of months late with this review, but I couldn't miss the chance to share my fantastic experience for those considering booking this place. Traveling with my mom to celebrate my birthday in Roma, we spent 8 wonderful days here. The cleanliness of the place is noteworthy, being a small bed and breakfast that ensures personalized attention for each guest. The added bonus of having an elevator in an older European building was much appreciated. Throughout our stay, we interacted with the receptionist, Kim, who is an absolute sweetheart. Kim's attentiveness, from preparing delicious breakfasts to guiding us on restaurants and shopping areas, made our stay truly special. She managed the place single-handedly when other staff or the owner were on vacation, showcasing her remarkable dedication. The central location was perfect, despite the bustling Christmas crowds in Roma. The people were delightful and helpful, contributing to our overall enjoyment. We opted for the Bed and Breakfast transportation, which proved invaluable when British Airways disrupted our plans. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. Even when we forgot our key one night, a quick message on WhatsApp had us promptly assisted. Our only minor complaint was the bathroom lighting, which could have been brighter for our preference, especially considering my older mom's needs. The location itself was excellent, with convenient proximity to numerous shopping places. Overall, our stay was delightful. They even provided a different, stronger blow dryer for my hair upon request. If you're on the fence, I highly recommend booking this place. It's truly worth it, and we would love to return. A big thank you to Kim for making our trip so memorable.

Best thing about our stay was the helpful and friendly staff. Kim was super welcoming and gave us great recommendations for places to eat/ best areas to visit, and how to get there. The hotel was clean, modern and the breakfast was great. No complaints - the staff go above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay!

Nothing really. The fridge was not working initially, but when notified they came in and fixed it in no time. Great customer service.

The property was exceptional. The instructions by the staff was spot on, and the room with the Jacuzzi was all we could dream of. Kim helped us order a taxi from the airport and back to the airport. Not just Kim, the entire staff was extremely nice, polite, professional, and very attentive.

Well, it's not like this. I don't want to say I did not like it. It's just different. From my understanding, at some point, it was a huge apartment turned into a hotel on one level. But it was done quite clever. If you're not into cooking for yourself, the facilities are absolutely perfect.

They responded and accommodated us very quickly within minutes. They communicated clearly. I knew what I was paying for. They provided support throughout our stay.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property, although as only very small if everyone had breakfast at the same time it was a bit congested.

The quality of the rooms was very high, with great comfort and privacy, and super levels of customer service. We felt very special and looked after.

The property is in an excellent location adjacent to the Vatican. The metro is just two blocks away. Easy walking neighborhood with access to grocery stores and restaurants.  the staff was extremely friendly, the breakfast was excellent, and the room was great.

Everything was great during our stay, breakfast was delicious. The room was clean and accommodations were great. The staff was always attentive to our needs and they were able to recommend restaurants and places to visit.

Owners were present in the property and they were helpful and attentive to our needs. They scheduled transportation for us and we were able to rebook a room after our cruise. Breakfast was delicious ant there staff was very nice and helpful. I will definitely recommend this Hotel to my friends and family.
