Our stay at Growel Exclusive Suites was phenomenal! From the delicious and varied breakfast options to the kind and attentive staff, everything was perfect during our trip to Rome. The location of the property could not be better, as it is remarkably close to the Vatican and has plenty of great restaurants and cafes surrounding it. The rooms were modern, clean, and, importantly, very quiet at night. I would absolutely stay here again in the future, and I'll be recommending it to my friends!

Very little could be improved.

Location was perfect. Just meters away from the Vatican and great transport links to the rest of the city on the doorstep. Breakfast was fantastic. Great choice of breakfast and served to your chosen time which is a nice touch.

It was not spacious. Wish there was one English TV channels as they had many middle eastern channels.

Booked for my wife and her friend, they say it was amazing location, staff and facilities, just a minute walk from the Vatican. Especially the staff were very helpful and arranged breakfasts to be packed when the Mrs had plans to leave early for sightseeing.

the breakfast was average. for a small boutique hotel it was sufficient and they try to give you a made to order portion with a sufficient buffet but the made to order was average.

This property and the staff were perfect for our needs.

Top of the list is the staff. They were friendly, efficient and helpful, exactly what we wanted and needed. The location was also perfect for us. we will definitely stay with them again if we travel to Rome in the future.

The location was perfect! Walking distance to everything. There was a taxi stop right around the corner and Metro stop too. Everyday the room was cleaned. Great breakfast with a view. Fabio and staff were so friendly and accommodating.

Nothing we didn’t like

The room was very spacious and clean and the shower was amazing. The location is excellent, it’s located in a shopping street and there’s loads of cafes and restaurants nearby. It’s also a few mins walking from Ottaviano station, to the Vatican and to the historic town (30mins). The lady at reception is lovely! She messaged me to confirm the arrival time and had our room ready for when we arrived (even though we arrived early). Likewise, the other staff who served us during breakfast were very friendly and attentive. They take your breakfast order the day before (selection of eggs, sausages, sandwiches and coffees) and there’s also a small buffet area with yoghurts, cereal, juices, fruits and meats. We’ll definitely be coming back!

No real complaints. We booked for three people so the staff added an extra bed that was comfy, but made the room a tight fit with our luggage. But this is a minor comment if you arent able to secure a triple room. Otherwise our stay was amazing!

Fantastic boutique guest house. Very modern rooms and decor throughout. Staff is fantastic and super accommodating. Breafast was great and they had extensive options from small continental buffet to hot food options. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family travelling to Rome. Excellent location less than 5 min walk to the vatican and local metro line.
