Very good place to stay! The owner was in contact all the time, gave all needed information about the room, city and other… the room was very clean, bed, towels was like new, they gave new toothbrushes, shower gels, soup, slippers, water for free… city center was very easy to make, you just need to walk 5 minutes to termini and from there in 15 minutes you are in front of colosseum. Rome was magical and the place just made it more easyer to feel it. Thank you, Martha!

It was very clean and modern. Self check-in was also a breeze and our room was fixed daily by the Staff. Our towels and sheets were also changed without us asking for it which i find really good for a 5 day stay. Marta was very approachable, nice and friendly and even gave suggestions and info about Rome. Commute was also easy as there is a Bus Stop in front of the guest house and a Metro station 10mins away by foot. Would definitely book this place if we visit Rome again. 😍

It will be better if there is some wardrobe or chest of drawers for the clothes.

We many thanks to Marta, which organize for us the transfer from the airport. Also she help us with the other directions to the underground, train station and good restaurants near the hotel. The price didn't included breakfast, but as a compliment from the hotel we have breakfast every day (coffee/cappuccino with croissant) in the bar opposite the hotel. In front of the hotel there is the bus stop with which is very easy to travel to the center of the town. The underground is about 5 min from the hotel. The rooms are very clean and Cousy. If we come back in Rome, we will be your guest again with sure. Thanks for all Marta and Giuseppe :)

Very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Short walk to the metro to get to all the spots in Rome, had the best croissant and hot chocolate at the cafe across the property, and the hosts were so accommodating and waited for us after a late checkin. We had such a lovely stay!

The only thing we would suggest going forward is an extra mirror in the room since just one small mirror in the toilet takes a lot of time to set up, especially when it's 3 women staying overnight like in our case.

Everything was great, especially the hostess Martha, who made a lot of effort to explain everything to us and to make our stay as good and relaxed as possible. Also, it was great that we had the right for a free breakfast in a nearby bar where the guys who work there were also extremely kind. We highly recommend this place for everyone☺️

There wasn't much to dislike.

It was a wonderful experience. When we arrived at the airport, Martha, the person in charge of the place, called us to help us reach the place. She was wonderful in helping us with everything. She was so nice and friendly. The place was quiet and clean, and although there was no breakfast in the reservation, however it turns out they offer free breakfast at the local cafe.

The property was located to multiple options for easy and quick transport into central Rome. A very peaceful area with a lovely cafe right on the doorstep. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable - a lovely place to go back to after a day of sightseeing.

Maybe the beds were a little bit small.

The property is exceptionally well-located (5 minutes walk from the metro station, and several bus stops nearby). The staff helped us with recommendations about where to eat and what to visit, which were amazing. They also included some gifts for us when we arrived! The room was fully equipped (air conditioning, bathroom, small fridge, a terrace...), and everything seemed quite new. Cleaning was done on a daily basis.

We had an excellent experience at the guest house. Our room was brand new and came with an outstanding bathroom. It was impeccably clean, and the daily cleaning service ensured it stayed that way throughout our stay. We were pleased with the warm hospitality of our hosts, Joseph and Martha. They took the time to provide us with valuable tips, which we truly appreciated. Their assistance was especially helpful for our family. Additionally, we were delighted to receive vouchers for a complimentary croissant and cappuccino every morning at a charming terrace in the tavern located just steps away from the hotel. The staff at the tavern was also very friendly, making our mornings even more enjoyable. Overall, our stay was exceptional, thanks to the wonderful accommodation, the kind and attentive service provided by the kind hosts, and the immaculate room. To be honest this place was the best place that we stayed ❤️ The management team contacted us before we arrived to the place and sent all specific details of the locations and the journey and even spoken to the taxi driver to arrange the drop off point. Joseph and Martha kindly added lots of free services like daily basis cleaning service and changing the towel and bedsheets every 2 days, they also added breakfast to our reservation with no additional charge. They are very polite and lovely people and made us to enjoy our stay at San Lorenz, so proud to meet them.

It was a really good experience. We had everything we needed and much more. The owner was very, very kind. She gave us a lot of information about how to reach at the property. She saw that we would need a table and some chairs on the balcony and brought us. We received free tickets for breakfast at the pastry across the street. The sheets were changed daily and we received napkins and toilet paper every day. An extra table was also added in our room. Very clean and comfy. It was an amazing experience. I totally recommend this.

It is a new place, very elegant, with a very clean bathroom. In the room there is a refrigerator supplied with as much water as needed and a coffee machine. The owners also gave us gift vouchers for a very good breakfast at a nearby bar. The location is close to the metro station and the bus stop to Termini is right in front. It is very easy to reach Fiumicino airport. It was a very pleasant stay, our hosts Marta and Giuseppe are very kind, they gave us all the necessary information and support. Our family had a great time here and thank you for an unforgettable stay in Rome!

The room was clean, modern, and had a private bath. It was great to have a couch turn into a twin for my daughter to have her own bed, a little balcony, and access to any additional supplies was perfect! Especially the complimentary waters as we visited during a very hot summer! Marta and Giuseppe were amazing, gracious, and personable hosts and helped us with so many great options to see and do!
