The location in the heart of Catania is perfect to explore the city. A lot of shops and restaurants in 1 min walking distance. The apartment is big (two bathrooms) and modern, the private trerrace is nice. Danila is a perfect host, very helpful and provides you with all the info you need. If you rent a car you can park on the property.

I stayed with my family (with a 4 year old child) for 3 nights in flat H7 and we loved it. It is very well located, close to everything but at the same time very quiet, as it is in an inner courtyard with very nice neighbours. It is very well equipped, spacious and very clean, it is exactly as it looks in the photos. In the pictures you can't see it very well, but it has another room with a single bed! The sunny terrace is perfect for breakfast in the morning. Danila was very kind and allowed us to check in and check out outside of the scheduled times. Thank you very much!

The bed was horrible, the mattress was old and visible deformed looking like a boat with a dent in the middle, very uncomfortable. The shower was also not intact. Everything else was actually nice

In the evening if there's other guest in the upper apartment, when they use the iron stairs can be very noisy. That woke us up.

All was good, but the floor in balcony a bit unsteady and needs a some kind of renovation. Not a big deal though and has zero influence on general impression from the accommodation.

We stayed for 2 nights in the apartment. Location great - just near the centre and the open market, restaurants/bars couple of minutes of walk away. Inside facilities up to standards, apartment mostly looks like on photos, bedroom with king size bed on second floor plus small bedroom for third person. Good air conditioning, very important for such hot summer. Has big balcony/patio looking at Italian inner yard, very atmospheric. The host met us at entrance, was very nice. Highly recommend this apartment.

Finding parking nearby can be difficult, but it's a common problem in Catania.

Location is in the heart of old town Catania, it's easy to walk around and find places to eat. The apartment is new, spacious and comfortable.

There was a musty smell to the property which was a bit unpleasant. The toilet flush panel was broken upon arrival and the pebble/stone flooring in the shower was coming off.

The inside was clean. Upon entering the gated apartment it was filthy. We have photographs. We never opened any of the drapes. Children played very loudly in the courtyard outside our room. It is not that we don’t love children but this is not the atmosphere we hoped for on vacation. We did not feel safe due to the arguments with one of the residents. The argument was so terrible one evening. The screaming and glass breaking that we waited until after it subsided before leaving the room to go through the courtyard to go to dinner. Will not return or recommend.

Terrace was broken. We booked that apartment so we could have nights in on the terrace and paid extra £50. Decking boards broken, my brother cut his foot. It was unusable for all 6 of us and unsafe, also tap loose in kitchen, one socket not wrking, and flush panel falls off wall. Tv not working in one apartment. Other problems like missing glasses sorted straight away. Bit of tlc needed.

It was not clear to us that to reach the apartment you must walk through a common courtyard shared with local residents. While the apartment rented has been refurbished the nearby properties have not been updated which gives a flavour of authentic Catania but is surprising at first. The apartment is more geared towards a few people sharing - there was a spare single bed in the kitchen which would have been fine if we needed it - rather than a couple looking for a getaway, but the location is excellent in terms of access to Catania and the manager couldn't be better.

The property is very centrally located and is very quiet and relaxing once inside. The main bedroom is very comfortable and both the ensuite and the bathroom are fine. The apartment is spacious and has every convenience. The property manager is excellent.

The location is very central and the communication was efficient. Good for one night. There was free drinking water and the host was friendly.

The kitchen was not clean, the mugs and the plates were dirty however it was expected from us to leave the kitchen as we found it. This was a bit disappointing Also the terrace was dirty and the furniture so it was not very comfortable to stay there There was just very little toilet paper

The apartment should have better maintenance and ventilation

The customer support was great. We have a problem in the 1st apartment and in the costumer support provided supported us at any time of the day. The next day we changed to another apartment. There was a quick resolution of the situation. Customer support was also always available for questions regarding the city (restaurants and tours).
