Really nice hotel, beautiful view from the pool and restaurant, relaxing place, great (!) food, nice staff, symathetic owners :) And 3 cute dogs - all in all very dogfriendly, our dog was allowed in the restaurant and treated very gentle :)

Everything was absolutely perfect! There were no negatives to mention. One of the finest stays in Italy.

This is amazing cottage with private yeard, perfectly furnished and equipped with all necessary amenities. We simply cannot overlook the stylish pool area and the gym with a view of a small olive grove was simply breathtaking. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us. On top of all that, we had the most delicious pizza of our lives in their restaurant. Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations and left an extraordinary impression. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone planning to visit Calabria.

Everything was great, maybe something small was that there was only 1 roll of toilet paper for a 4-day stay which we had to ask for every time we needed one. But they always came with whatever we requested.

Everything, the service, the food, the environment. But especially the dogs! The people there were very nice. It was quiet as we had the place to ourselves. Very romantic and peaceful.

That I had to leave. I already want to return!

A dreamlike setting. Beautiful amenities and impeccably clean cottages. Far surpassed my expectations. The grounds were well kept and the view of the bay is incredible. Anything that did arise the hosts were extremely attentive and polite and were easy to reach at the (beautiful) resort restaurant. I even doubled the length of my stay because I enjoyed it so much. You really can’t go wrong.

Sara was great, she answered questions really quickly via email before we got there and was equally as helpful during our stay. The room itself was great (3 bedroomed villa) with a well equipped kitchen. There are smart TVs so easy to access all online streaming services. The free wifi was great too

this is a real boutique hotel where you are cuddled by the staff. Each 4 star level apt is brand new with an amazing attention to the detail. Seaview is astonishing. Cool music around the pool area. The bistrot is a Michelin level restaurant where you can enjoy a wide choice of top wines and an italian nouvelle cousine that will surprise you every time. The staff is extra friendly keeping anyway professional and respectful at any time. The barman has a superior culture on any type of drink and cocktail. The sommelier always finds the perfect wine for your taste. I' ve not been bribed to provide this appraisal but I cannot tell you enough about the top quality of this structure.

Everything about the cottage is amazing! Decor, ambiance, food, staff and amenities. It is just an 11 drive from Lamezia airport. The high standards in this property was more than expected. The kitchen in the 2 bedroom cottage was well equipped and all appliances were good brands. Sara, the Sommelier, Chefs, waiters/waitress and beach club attendant were all great. Stella, Sole and Luna, our furry, adorable friends, made it even better.

Such a beautiful place to relax! We rented a two bedroom cottage which I highly recommend for families. It's equipped with everything you need. The background jazz music near the pool (right in front of the cottage) created such a positive vibe. Sara, the manager was very accommodating! We also ate at the Bistrot and the food was amazing!

- Management: The management seems completely uninterested. You have to run after everything and ask for information. At least one or two staff members know English. Nevertheless, a knowledge of Italian is very helpful. - Reception: The reception is practically non-existent. On arrival, you are simply directed to your room without any information. - Children's noise: If you enjoy children's and babies' screams, this is the hotel for you. In addition to the loud restaurant music that plays on the premises until about 12 o'clock at night the screaming of children and babies accompanies you constantly, be it at the pool, in the room, in the garden, during the day or at night. The hotel is almost exclusively frequented by families with small children and babies. Singles and couples had better keep their distance! - Pool: The deck chairs and sun beds are "reserved" with towels early in the morning, although the towel owners are often not at the pool for hours or the whole day. - Room cleaning: The cleaning is decent at the beginning, but decreases a lot towards the last days of your stay. - Fitness room: The hotel has a fitness room/area. However, one does not receive this information either. You need a key, which you get at the bar. Unfortunately, I only found out about this on the last day by chance from other guests. Presumably there is a charge for this. - External guests: During the day, external guests use the complex and the pool, including bachelor parties. As a paying hotel guest, you are not guaranteed a place at the pool.

- The grounds are well maintained and offer a picturesque sea view. - The rooms are new, very clean at the beginning and the bed is extremely comfortable. Amenities include an electric kettle, a small fridge and coffee maker. - The restaurant convinces with excellent food and drinks.

In the early morning around 7 am the sounds of renovation woke us up, at our corner windows overlooking the rear of the facility, the cars of the repair workers were parked, the engine was idle for half an hour, the workers walked along my windows like ants carrying equipment. We had no privacy and heard a constant noise. the worst of all was the reaction of the owner and the reception lady when we reported the inconvenience to them. They said they are not interested in our opinion, because they already had good reviews. She yelled at us that if we don’t like it, we should go away! And of course she will not refund us for the following nights.
