The apartment was perfect. Nice and clean and spacious. The sofa double bed was very comfortable and the pillows were awesome and plenty available. Washing machine, iron facilities, kitchen and a decent sized fridge. I was provided instructions on how to navigate to access the apartment. Had pictures and very clear directions to follow. Also whenever I messaged with questions they responded promptly. Could not ask for better service. Oh and the location was great as well. Highly recommend 🙂

The roof windows cannot be opened and the air conditioning was off. For two nights, it was very stuffy and warm and we couldn’t sleep

The place is amazing! The apartment is in the old building (the one you imagine when you think about the historic city center) located in the very heart of Milan but on the quite street. It is spacious, newly renovated (or extremely well kept), very clean and super stylish. Loved the design. A lot of extras like water, coffee, tea, shampoos, etc.

Everything was brilliant 😊♥️

Everything was clean. I had everything I needed( appliances, bedding, toiletry , iron, hairdryer, washing machine with a dryer , Internet air conditioner, heating , stove fridge . The most important that is appliance was functioning.The neighbourhood is safe and quiet. The staff were very helpful. They will reply immediately and help you with the information. Food wise: restaurants and grocery shops are in the same street. Subway about 5 minutes walk. It was great stay.

I didn’t find the property cozy. I would suggest making some minor renovations to make the ambiance look more sophisticated and comfortable.

The property is spacious and located closest to nice restaurants, shops and main attractions. Staff always helpful, polite and trying to make your stay as smooth as possible.

Everything was more than great! Clean, fresh, big apartment, good beds to sleep, walking distance to Duomo, shops and the nearest restaurant is about 20metres away. Staff asked everyday about how are we doing and do we need some assistance with anything and so on. ❤️ Warm and welcoming people! I truly recommend this place!

Squeaky clean! Pretty! We arrived at 11:45 and we were able to leave our luggage at the apartment, Rafael was there when we arrived and he was super nice, showed us everything in the apartment, everyone we had contact with were amazing! Edoardo was great and answered our questions super fast and Paola was amazing! She was super helpful finding my sis, her husband and their child an apartment close to ours in a very short notice for a great price. I mean, we are extremely happy with everything, specially the staff! Thank you all! ❤️

Apartment was very clean and better than we expected. Comfy huge beds and even a sofa bed was big and soft. The balcony to an inner yard of the building was a pleasant surprise! Overall, everything was great!

1. There was no oil, pepper and salt so if you’re planning to make breakfast, you have to purchase them beforehand. 2. It was bit far from the Duomo. If you’re traveling with old people, this is sth you have to consider. For me, the distance was not problem at all. I’d book 4 days of my stay in Milan at this apartment, but it was booked fully so I had to stay a day here but it was amazing experience.

I really loved the facilities they provided, especially the kitchen utensils were amazing. We had everything to cook. 2. There is an amazing cafe next to the apartment. The bakery and coffee tasted so so good.

It was a good choice, the room size was excellent, the cleanliness was excellent, and the location was close to cafes, restaurants, and Domo. Everything is available in the room, including kitchen utensils. Washing machine, refrigerator, balcony. Kind treatment by the staff.

Amazing location, short 15 minutes walking distance from Duomo. Very comfortable and spacious apartment. Furniture and all equipment pretty much new, clean and comfortable. Shop with the groceries and pastiseria are located near by. All the staff are very kind, professional and useful from the online check in, personal welcoming on arrival, assistance during the whole stay till departure day. Outstanding and smooth communication by whats up - Konstantin & Wassim are always very willing to help and assist. Everything was very nice and very smooth. Definitely we can recommend Heart Milan Apartments Porta Romana to our friends...if you are planing to visit Milan those apartments are excellent solution for the couples and for the families as well. This time it was a short visit to Milan for me & my wife but the next one will be definitely the family one with our kids.
