Only one small feedback. The bathroom was clean and shower was great however the build up of chalk/limescale in the toilet itself should be addressed. It’s an easy fix.

We were traveling with our kids and in Rome for 2 nights. This place was perfect for us. It was clean, staff were great and we would for sure stay here again. It was good value for money for 4 of us. Outside is a bus stop which takes about 20 mins directly into the city center attractions.

Mold on the ceiling. Broken bed side, mission toilet paper holder, missing soap holder in shower. Poor supply for breakfast.

The slippery shower, not enough light in the room, no key to backyard, so could not leave it open for air at night.Very shabby backyard, room defenitely needs upgrade.Would have appreciated 2 glasses , 2 Mugs and some tea, coffee and dried milk sachets. Kettle needs to be cleaned from limescale.Hairdryer and lampshade switches should be checked before .

Location is not very good, it is far from The city center, but there is a bus stop, so there was no problem with comminication.

We picked this place because of its proximity to a subway station which was unfortunately closed 4 out of the 5 days we were there. We were able to go around using the bus but riding a bus with 3 small children is quite stressful ( not the fault of the hotel, obviously). Their breakfast is provided for and is operated by 1-2 of the staff (she does amazing even when by herself...such a champ). The room...well it's a room and it is suitable for the sole purpose of having a place to sleep and shower at while going around the main attractions in Rome. The room is cleaned daily which I liked.

The room was a great size with a huge bathroom. It also had an outdoor seating area, private for our room. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and communicated proactively. There was a great little cafe/restaurant just across from the apartment that offered great food for lunch and dinner.

It was hard to find the location at first since there is no signage, but the reception desk was manned upto 8pm so you can call for directions.

Very friendly staff, excellent location just near a bus stop. Security was great and lots of eateries nearby . Breakfast was simple but adequate and self service so you could eat to your fill. Definitely recommend.

Unfortunately afrer turning on the air-conditioning three was a stron smell of mold im the room, do fearing for our health, we could not use it, which was a big minus for this hotel

The men grom the Staff was very nice- he told us how to best get to the center and to all historical sites. He pointed out where are the nearest testaurant, stories, where to buy bus ticket. Breakfast was good - a choice od sweet or savory. Delicious cofee. Location ok - 20 min walk to Vatican.

Two things regarding the room. The bed was two individual beds put together, and during the night the beds would drift a bit a part. The other situation that we had was a strange noise that come up a couple of times a day (hardly ever after midnight) that it seemed like it came from the ceiling and it sounded like a gigantic nespresso machine making a coffee. We got used to it but we still can’t figure out what caused it, the sound lasted a couple of seconds and it would quickly stop.

The staff was always helpful and helped us throughout our stay. We even broke a key in the lock and the staff was quick to help and avoid a large problem. The room has a working air conditioner that is easy to use and kept the room nice and fresh. There were closets and the private bathroom had everything we needed. The breakfast was good without being amazing. Regular continental breakfast. The locations was great as well. 10 minutes from the Metro station, 20 minute walk from St. Peter’s Basilica so it we where always close to the historic center without the mobs and noise from there
