Great room with a recent renovation, huge bathroom, great panoramic view and complimentary marshmallows! Everything was perfectly clean, great after a long tiring trip. The contactless check-in was fast and efficient.

Parking, as usual in the Centro. A bit of a trot from where you do get to park free. About a 10 minute walk with luggage.

Great location and facilities. Loved the hot tub on the deck (you gotta get the right room). Quick access to all of Trento centro. Quiet. Would stay here again.

As this is apartment I could tell small kitchen is missing there (at least microwave). After you book it you will get a poem of instructions. Couldn't tell it's easy to understand everything... Easiest way to understand everything is to visit Hi Hotel reception there they can give you all instructions... Bin is also missing on second floor.

Bed was Very comfortable. I like glass between bedroom and shower room - that's fantastic idea. Shower looks amazing. Large bathroom and nice panoramic view (from bedroom and bathroom) on mountains. There are some minuses but I could recommend this apartment! There are bathrobes and slippers. In conclusion I could say it's very comfortable apartment. A lot of nice details have been thought out!

Only downside which I wasn’t sure if to mention but because the room was quite small, there isn’t any room for luggage. There is a small couch which we used, but then there wasn’t any sitting room.

Hosts pay a lot of attention to all the details to make your stay comfy and wonderful. Quality 360 degrees. It felt like a 5 star hotel experience but in a self-checkin apartment. Loved it. The location is great too, price more than reasonable.

The location in the historic centre is amazing. The building is very characterful and the apartments are very stylish. There is a nice lift to reach the aprI had booked both No1 and 2 as travelling with friends and there is a big variation in size and outlook between the two so make sure to book the one that suits your requirements). The apartments are owned and run by the nearby HiHotel - ( approx 7 minute walk) where there is paid parking. Check-in can be done remotely on your phone - it didn’t work for me initially but the HiHotel reception solved the issue.

Definitively nothing. Only remark: the is no bidet. It is replaced by a small shower system aside positioned. For some one it could be not the best option, but anyway really effective as an alternative.

The room has an incredible seesight 360 all around. Including bath. You can have a shower looking outside from the glass wall…

The presence of inappropriate pillows on the bed: large pillows with dark unwashable covers (see pictures: surely not washable at 60 or 90 as any bed linen should be) were placed directly on the top of the bed, which gave me allergy and some asthma. Also the scent in the room was very strong (too strong for me, I had to keep the window open) and temperature was set a bit too high (especially in view of the current regulations…). All easily correctable minor flaws!

The ease of use (entering without keys), the location, the quality of the installations. Very nice details, such as the lamps, the safe, the hygienic cover for the TV remote. Very great for the price, and very comfortable to use.

We really enjoyed our stay in this huge, bright,comfortable studio apartment with fantastic private rooftop terrace in a great location. We made great use of the very good indoor and outdoor spa facilities at the adjacent hotel.
