We had the suite room, rooms could do with some updating but was comfortable for us. Was no normal free shampoo in the bathroom, but supermarkets are nearby.

Extrenely Friendly Staff and convenient for parking if you have a hire car. They have a separate private parking not so far away. They were very helpful with all of our needs. 15 min walk into town and gave some recommendations. WhatsApp reachable reception I liked 👍

Nothing! Even though the staff apologised for the property being “far” from the beach, it’s actually only a 15 min walk and the hotel provides a free, on-demand shuttle service to/from the beach anyways

The staff are so lovely and the breakfast was delicious! We arrived before check in time and the receptionist (I think her name was Sofia ?) was so kind and helpful. She let us leave our bags in the hotel and invited us to have breakfast before we set off for the day. Excellent service :)

Great service, was the best experience! The fact that the hotel is not too close to the beach is not a problem because they have e free shuttle service until 18:00 that will take you and pick you up whenever you need it.

Small choice of vegetarian food at breakfast. Even though the room was not facing the street, it was still very loud inside, as the room was right by the big hallway and not really soundproof. From the early morning, you could hear the noises of cleaning in the other rooms and from the breakfast room. The solution with the safe is not quite optimal, as you get the key for it (together with the door key), but you should leave it anyway on the reception whenever leaving the hotel. So, the safety in this matter does not really exist.

The service was great. Really nice and helpful people working on the reception 24/7. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the beach, as itl is not directly on the beach. Free parking nearby. Big, spacious room. The hotel respected our wish of the quiet room, not facing the main street. Good wifi. Freshly baked cakes on the breakfast. Nice interior. It was very clean.

Good location - on the main street. Quick access to fair street with shops and souvenirs (about 400m). About 800m to the beach, but you can get shuttle if you need. Also hotel provide a transfer from the beach to hotel - just call! We prefer go for a walk). Beach and sea is very beautiful! Clean room, comfort beb, all of you need into the room. Very good and taste breakfast. Perfect staff: we live at 1st floor and have not balcony for dry swimwear, I ask how to dry it and staff quickly respond me some variants. Especially great thanks to receptionist - help us to book a private transfer to airport when we miss our shuttle and was very friendly and polite during communication. Highly recommended. The hotel is a bit far from the beach (but the shuttle partly solves this problem) and a bit expensive for what it is (although you need to keep in mind that it was high season!)

There was nothing. I enjoyed it very much and if I return to San Vito lo Capo, I will book a room at Helios Hotel again.

The breakfast was excellent. In addition to the expected, it had a variety of cakes and pastries with local specialties as cannoli. The attention was great, in particular the receptionist who was always willing to solve issues or questions with the best disposition and smile.
