The over amorous breakfast waiter, who starting trying to chat up my friend, even thought she was 20 years older than him and not in the least interested.

The location is amazing and the hotel is beautiful with fresh and clean interiors.

Hotel was gorgeous and in the best location! Staff was very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was devine! The owner and his beautiful wife were present and greeted every guest. The town is quiet but very close to Cinque Terre, Portofino and Santa Margarita. The views from the hotel were gorgeous. We spent every sunset at the Skybar. It was simply a slice of heaven!!

Stayed here with my mom for her birthday after doing Airbnbs in Rome , Florence , and La Spezia. We absolutely loved it and felt very well taken care of by everyone in the establishment! The bay of silence is the perfect backdrop to this perfect spot!

What an exceptional hotel! The staff were the kindest most generous people, who went out of their way to accommodate us, including arranging an express laundry service (back the same day, perfectly folded!), a service car to drop us at the train station from the hotel (and also offered us pick up from the station upon our arrival), bringing warmed milk to our room for a cup of tea, and had endless local tips on restaurants, the best way to get to the Cinque Terre and best kept secrets to see. The hotel itself was immaculate, clean, and quite, with an astounding rooftop sun deck and bar. The staff gave us the best room in the hotel, which was an apparent free upgrade, the top middle room with a double balcony. We couldn’t imagine a better stay, we just wished we booked for longer. Thank you to the beautiful team, Rodolfo our delightful waiter with his Australian stories, and Joel our lovely host. Thank you!

The hotel has breathtaking views, comfortable rooms, and a beautiful pool. The staff is welcoming and helpful, and they keep the place very clean. The location is great; it’s a little removed from the busiest parts of town, but a very short walk to the center.

Not much not to like. Could be cool with a relaxed dinner option at the amazing rooftop, best view ever a shame not to expand this option.

Absolutely recommendable :-) lovely hotel, really nice staff, relaxed atmosphere, nice food and a very chilled beach bar. cute little bay in walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Everything about this hotel is exceptional. It's one of my favourites in Italy to stay! The staff are incredibly attentive and helpful. Breakfast is fantastic. The room and bathroom are renovated beautifully. The pool area and roof top bar are also great. It was the perfect getaway spot and I wish we stayed longer.

Location, swimming pool, rooftop bar, restaurant, views. Service from staff is very very good, they seem to have a high ratio employee/customer. Very convenient valet parking for the car.

We would have preferred a king bed & a duvet rather than a thicker top sheet would have been more comfortable. The seafood BBQ dinner was expensive at €90pp so we didn’t bother

This family run hotel is exceptional. The location is excellent and the outside facilities great. Peaceful, scenic area around the two pools and a private area on the beach. The staff are outstanding - cheerful, helpful and discrete. The terrace/restaurant has a wondeful view and the quality of the food (breakfast and dinner) was amazing. You can also arrange to be picked up from the train station.
