Dinner menu is limited, and in my case the dessert was a real disappointment, I ordered a Tiramisu and it was nothing what I expected. I took 1 bite and had to return it. Most travelers want simple dishes but good quality . The maitre was fair enough to not charge it. Although the name says garden inn, the hotel lacks an outdoor area with some seats.

In the morning we were woken up by a group of very noisy guests that were talking in the corridor.

The drain of the sink in our bathroom was clogged throughout all our stay, it caused a lot of inconvenience. The housekeepers just cleaned the surface of the sink every time, not the clog.

Our reason for staying was the Cosmoprof exhibition. The hotel is only 10 minutes away from the Bologna Fiere, located in a very calm and peaceful area outside the city center, away from the noise and crowd. We were waking up with the bird singing sounds :) Especially after the busy meetings at the fair all day long, the tranquillity this hotel provides is very important. Erica M. at the reception made our stay even better. She was very polite, kind, and problem-solving all the time. We had some problems with the reservation, but she handled them very well and was at our disposal all the time we needed something. Thank you, Erica! The breakfast was very good in variety and quality, but the attendants were a little slow in refilling the food.

I never figured out how to turn off the light behind the shelving system. I had to remove the key card from its reader to turn off the lights. The walls are paper thin, but at least our neighbors had great singing voices.

Great staff. A bit of an issue with the booking on their system, but they managed to get us to our room asap. Very accommodating with our pets. I appreciated that the hotel had its own parking area.

The dinner we had Saturday night was awful we ordered Ceaser Salad it was a bunch of garbage thrown together none of the ingredients belonged in a Ceaser by a chef that propably should be washing dishes.

Hotel and Staff were very helpful. We were treated very well by most of the staff. Loredana worked extremely hard to meet our needs. Traveling all over Europe and the Middle East on business. Honestly no one has ever tried as hard as she did to work with us to coordinate drivers and a tour of Maranello meaning Ferrari. She is capable of much bigger things. Best Regards Steve Manion

It was way too hot in the room, around 26 degrees, heating system was clearly defect. Despite notifying it at the reception, I regret that no solution was found. So I had to turn off the heating from the switchboard myself and open all the windows to get a comfortable room temperature. Menu from restaurant was attractive, but nothing really adapted for kids. So we didn't give a try.

Freshly renovated, suite with 2 rooms really big, staff welcoming and friendly, very nice breakfast choice.

It is not Hilton. It is a copy of Hilton. Very very far from Bologna. In the middle of nowhere. There is no shuttle - it is a shame for HILTON .You must use public transport . The time between buses is minimum 1 hour. Taxi to the centre costs 24- 30 euro. Renovated, but noise isolation is missing. You can hear everything from corridors.

We had some problems: -realized there was no shower gel during my shower; -we were overcharged and luckily realized it the next day (they gave us and reimbursement when we told them); -AC not working; -couldn’t turn of the light of the room, had to call assistance; -no robe provided; -when we wanted to order dinner there was no menu available in the room when it should have been.

during checking in the employee told me that I don’t have any meal with my booking, unfortunately I did not check the reservation as I thought he is right as I have another 2 hotel reservation in other places and one of them without breakfast but no sure which one, but at checkout while checking the other hotel for my next trip found that this hotel was with breakfast, that was really bad. also AC is not working as this a law in Bologna to switch off the AC till 15/4/2023, also window can not be fully opened

Sounds isolation is bad. And laundry service is third party service. They destroy my clothes, however the hotel manger give me a 15% discount. So also not bad but still need to improve.

Our tv was broken so we spent our entire evening with staff in our room trying to fix it. We were promised a discount on our room but then the next morning they didn’t honor that. It was a nice hotel but that kind of ruined my opinion of it.

The staff at the reception was not very friendly and also not helpful. When we arrived there was only one person working at the reception. She was on the phone and we waited for more than five minutes for her to acknowledge us. When we wanted to get drinks at the bar the next night, there was no one working at the bar and the receptionist said he can't make drinks. So he sent someone from the restaurant. We ordered and he said they would bring it to the room. Just as the lift doors were starting to close he said it would cost 10 € extra for room service. I said why, because we would have ordered at the bar and taken it our selfs but no one was at the bar. In the end they did bring it for free. But it was quite rude to try to charge us extra. Also the day we checked out the staff at the reception were not friendly at all. Over all the stay was fine, it is a nice hotel. But they could work on their staff.

The address given in Booking.com was completely different to where it actually was. We ended up not visiting inner Bologna because of the location. No Netflix. We wanted to relax with English television for one night.
