The apartment is amazing, located very central, super clean and nicely furnished with many details and lots of love. Everything is high quality and Fred is an amazing host, the communication was easy and he was supportive in any moment. He even arranged an early check in that day and welcomed us with local specialities. The apartment really is out of the ordinary. We would stay there again any time.

The apartment doesn't have any outside space but was spacious enough for our short stay and we used the excellent hot tub twice. The apartment was a little dark.

Fred was very friendly and extremely accommodating with our check in time and was there to greet us on arrival. He provided us with some valuable advice throughout our stay and made our short four day stay very enjoyable (we pushed ourselves to visit and explore far more than we would have normally thanks to his hints and tips). The refreshments provided in the apartment for us to eat and drink were excellent and very much appreciated. This also helped us focus on enjoying our time rather than finding supermarkets and buying supplies. Portofino is close by and beautiful but very very touristy, we visited by both ferry and bus, however our favourite place was Camogli (a short 10 minute train ride away). We found the trains very cheap and useful. The location of the apartment is perfect for the town, ferry, train station and local bars and restaurants Our restaurant recommendations are Du Coq, Santa Margherita. Pesce Balla (lunch), Sestri Levante and Sa, Camogli - All outstanding. 3 minute walk away Sabot Bar which is great for Cocktails. Thanks again Fred!

Fred is one of the best hosts I've ever metю Extremely dedicated person that made the stay perfectly comfortable: 1. Perfect communication with guests; amazing hospitality: e.g. from the start I had a large number of welcoming local Genoese dishes to taste; a bottle of Rose wine etc. 2. Full support during the stay including best recommendations regarding sightseeing, where to dine, to swim etc. etc. 3. Amenities at the apartment are beyond expectations; 4. The last but not least, wishing Fred all the best in developing his business or as he calls it, Historia Vitiello ! If I happen to come to Santa Margherita Ligure one day, I’m sure to stay at Fred’s 😊

The whole experience was above and beyond our expectations. We had champagne and food waiting for us upon our arrival. Fred, our host, was very accommodating to our late arrival. He made us feel at ease after a long, stressful day of traveling. Fred was very helpful with all aspects of checking in and out. this is an absolute gem. the place looks amazing, the location is great, just in the centre and across the street from the beach area. Federico, the owner, is absolutely fantastic. always thoughtful of everything, extremely welcoming and ready to help with everything. I really for a second thought this apartment was too good to be true. but then it exceeded my wildest expectations. And then there is the jacuzzi room. 10+ for everything. Federico also welcomed us with freshly bakes products, drinks and a bottle of prosecco.

The property was amazing I found no faults

The apartment was amazing. Thoroughly cleaned, with an amazing hot tub and electronic shower. Everything was beyond what we expected. The kitchen and dining area was perfect. Fred the host was amazing, always accomodating to our needs. We had a delay on our way to Santa Margherita ligure train station. Fred immediately responded to my change ok check-in times readily via WhatsApp. He was always on hand to make sure our stay was perfect. The location of the hotel relative to everything was perfect. 5 minutes to the sea and the port to catch the ferry to Portofino. Walking in the opposite direction you are literally 5 minutes to the main centre of Santa Margherita, with all the shops/stores and amazing places to eat. Fred was an amazing host, the hotel was superb. My wife and me will be back hopefully sometime soon.
