Really no major complaints. When booking make sure you understand the apartment you are getting (two types). Parking was a bit tricky for free spots (the white striped ones) on the upper P8 lot. Lower P8 lot was larger and free, just a slightly longer walk. Not a big deal, kitchen could use some better knives and cutting board.

Elevator was convenient to get luggage up, terrace was great, location was quiet. Beautifully redone inside with nice kitchen, bathrooms, and bedroom. Liked the exposed beams with the old and modern feel. Kitchen equipped with oil, salt, pepper, and coffee. Host responsive to questions and help.

This lovely apartment was furnished with beautiful antique furniture and had everything you needed for a great stay. We loved sitting out on the rear terrace with an aperitivo enjoying the panoramic view of the surrounding countryside. Enrica was a great host and ensured we had everything we needed and provided good recommendations for local restaurants and eateries. One of the best stays we have had in Italy.

Loved this apartment in Montepulciano! Great location; clean and comfortable. Nice to have two bathrooms. Well equipped. For 4 adults it was spacious and nicely decorated. Nice views from the little balcony for sunrise. Wish we could have met Enrica but our arrival time was uncertain. Maybe next time! Grazie

The location is amazing. Perfect place to explore Montepulciano and a lovely environment to be in with gorgeous views, charming rooms and very comfortable beds. It's a beautiful apartment and it was a pleasure to stay there. We'll definitely be back.

A wonderful apartment in an old building. The apartment was well equipped. Both bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom. The views were exceptional being able to see for many miles. We met our hostess who was very nice and helpful. I would certainly recommend this property to anyone who wants to tour around Tuscany. We were there at an extremely busy but very interesting time as it was the festival weekend. The parking would be a lot easier I’m sure at other times. It was up 2 flights of stairs with only a lift for luggage. In summary an excellent apartment on the top floor.

Very steep hike from parking lot #8 -- and then 3 flights of stairs to the apartment itself. Kind of unavoidable for Montepulciano! We just had someone with a recent knee problem, so it was more challenging.

Fantastic, spacious apartment in the historical centre. Well furnished with everything you could need. The little terrace was the highlight with a fantastic view and a great place to eat breakfast and dinner. Enrica was a great hostess with lots of communication regarding our stay.

The only thing that was challenging was the heat. . . but that would have been the case anywhere. We so appreciated that the owner had installed an AC unit in the bedroom. That made all the difference.

Location was great, and the place has charm and is very functional. The furnishings are nice, not fussy. The view from the terrace is stunning. I could stay here a long time!

It’s so very hot at the moment it would have been great to have a couple more fans for the lounge area. Not a big deal though as we moved the bedroom ones to the lounge when sitting there.

Excellent location. Close to bus, wineries, restaurants and shopping. Incredible views, giant windows, light and bright, wonderful decor. By far my favorite place we have stayed on our Italy trip. Amazing combo of ancient and modern. There were 2 standing fans and that helped a lot. Great kitchen equipment. Lovely balcony

The property is only suitable for a family with kids - there is no 2nd bedroom only an open room on a landing so no privacy for another couple! Shower was tiny!!!

Traditional yet modernised apartment, two comfortable bedrooms both with king beds and great en-suites. Very spacious and comfortable with great views, especially from the living room which has the must stunning view. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, toaster, kettle and dishwasher.
