We traveling a lot as a family and I can say this apartment exceeded our expectations! Apartment has all you need (even more than that!): its spacios with two full bathrooms, super clean ,equiped well ,good wifi . Its nice location, with lake view , terrace , close to restaurants .. we are amazed and we'll be back for sure! ❤️ Michela, the owner was so nice and helpful!

Great traditional Italian holiday home with incredible views of Lake Como. Very comfortable accommodation. Michela, our host, was very friendly and gave us some great tips (we also now recommend parking at Menaggio and catching the ferry from Menaggio to Bellagio return as a day/half day trip).

The WiFi connection was poor. And the electric plug points were few. Not that we didn't like it or had any problems, but just to mention the property is on the 1st floor, and one has to take the stairs. Also, the road up to the property is narrow and winding, so maneuvering a big car could be a tad bit tricky.

We had a lovely stay. The view is fantastic. The surroundings are beautiful and quiet. The place has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a big living room and a well-equipped kitchen. There is a parking place in front of the property. Ms. Michela was helpful and was reachable over Email/WhatsApp.

Nothing! Just be aware there are quite a few steps to go up from where you park a car, but wow, the view going down😄 The road driving up is narrow, but it's not very busy at all.

Holiday Home Delo has the most fantastic views from every window. Breathtaking! The apartment is spacious, very clean and comfortable and really is home from home. Michela the host is so lovely and friendly. Very helpful and responsive. We would certainly like to return again.

This wasnt problem for us, as we had a rental car, but otherwise its really hard to get up and down with luggages or shopping bags. Needs to be in good shape :D

Superfriendly host, beautiful and quiet location, breathtaking wiews from every windows. Nice, that there is two bathrooms, with great wiew and good lights to do make up.

Amazing view from the balcony, spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The apartment was very clean and the host was very polite and helpful. We enjoyed drinking coffee on the patio and my daughter fed the animals.

We can’t say anything bad about the property just know it’s a narrow winding road to the house but well worth the drive.

The views and the house were perfect for our family of 5. The owner was easy to get a hold of if you had questions and she was very nice and accommodating.

Pillows were hard but that was the only fault in a wonderful apartment.

Fantastic views all around with lovely outside seating area to appreciate it. Traditional Italian spacious apartment very well equipped with everything you could ever need. Great to have two bathrooms with a choice of both a shower or bath. So peaceful away from the hustle and bustle of much busier towns. Wonderful hosts so friendly and helpful. We had a fantastic time and would not hesitate to recommend Holiday Home Delo to family and friends.

Very clean and comfortable apartment with nice interior decoration, one bath room one shower room with two bedroom which is super. Lots of sun due to it's location. Enjoy to sit outside to have winter sunbathing while having the lake and snow mountain in front of you. Private parking place.

the location is in the middle of the hill. we drive so it’s fine for us but it’ll be difficult if you come by bus

The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need. There are two bathrooms which is very convenient. The owner is super friendly and helpful! She gave us a lot of information and tips where to go. The view of the lake is breathtaking especially in the morning.

Location, the house and specially the owner,Michela who helped me in all my doubts. The views for each windows of the house are stunning, the house is full equiped. Probably the best house I've never stayed in all my travels to Italy. Surely I choose again for my coming travels to Italy and mountain valleys and lakes for enjoy. The house is better more beautiful than you can see in photos.
