great having a kitchen and cooker/fridge/kettle etc. bedroom was clean and spacious with gorgeous view from balcony. Bathroom was a little dated but was no problem !! lovely host - would recommend.

The bathroom could be risky as the shower is over the bath. It can be a bit noisy at night when other residents pull down their shutters, otherwise it's very quiet.

Quaint apartment in original condition with a spectacular view of the hills and joyous birdsong in the morning. Wonderful to sit on the little balcony and breathe in the serenity. The bed is extremely comfortable with lovely bedding and great to have access to Netflix if you're not too exhausted from walking the surrounds (as we were!). A short stroll down to the waterfront and a vast array of restaurants, the ferries etc and the bakery around the corner is a definite but go early as the queue builds, it's that good. Also great to have a washing machine and all the kitchen necessities incl. a toaster. Roberto is on hand for any issues and is very helpful. Also, the lift is a life-saver!

Roberto was a wonderful host. He met at at the door and showed us to our apartment. All our questions we sent to him during our stay (through WhatsApp) were quickly responded to throughout our stay. He even arranged for a tax to pick us up on our last day to take us to the train station. Driver was on time and efficient. Apartment has everything you need.

The experience I had with the host was excellent; he is super friendly and helpful. He was always around whenever we needed assistance with anything. The house is fantastic, with a beautiful view, and it was very tidy! They even left us some chocolates and drinks to enjoy. I definitely hope to come back one day. Thank you very much.

With the shower over the bathtub, it can be slippery and much care is needed. A non slip bath mat would help.

Older style apartment which is spacious and bright. Location is great, quiet and very handy to restaurants/cafes/waterfront. Great city view. Handy having cooking facilities and a washing machine. Roberto was responsive to any questions

as it is in a good place, keep in mind that everything around is expensive- supermarket Surpresse is like turist trap with very high prices. restaurants as well. but google you will find good prices just in 500- 800 meters from that place.

very good place, not far from harbour, walking paths. But also very calm place. we loved that there is a terrace to sit outside, we spent all out time there. you can find all the amenities inside, for cooking, washing and ironing.

Would have loved one or two more coffee pods for the coffee machine, but otherwise no complaints!

Lovely, clean apartment with lots of space for two people (it's advertised as a studio but it is a separate kitchen and bathroom, plus hallway and it was a brilliant space with lots of facilities). We especially liked the balcony for our meals and large comfortable bed for a good night's sleep. Easy check in and lovely host. Quiet, peaceful location within distance of everything in S. Margherita - restaurants, bars and supermarket. Two minute walk to the bus stop to Portofino or take the Pedonale to walk to Portofino in 1 hour straight from the apartment.

Beautiful property with amazing view to the mountains. The kitchen is fully equipped, the room is spacious, and the bed big and comfortable. The beach and center are only a few minutes walk, the train station 15' walk. The neighbourhood is quite.

There is no parking place with the apartment and it can be difficult to find a (free) place. But we managed, and finally it was not so difficult.

I like all just maybe a suggestion to put some alcohol gel just for the current Situation but this was no a problem to us.

We were a bit disappointed that we did not know about the noise of the construction site that was opposite us, it was very loud and disruptive.

Clean and comfortable. View outside balcony was nice. Equipped kitchen. Roberto was very helpful with our questions. It was quite cold so the panel heaters kept us nice and warm.
