Location is good if you have to do business in bussiness area near hotel, they have shutlle bus. But if you want to go to Naples it is far away and there is no public transport. Breakfast is good. Bed is confortable.

Nice hotel, best way stay here if you in busibess trip to zone CIS. There is a huge shopiing mall in the same building with the plenty choice of the shops and cafes. Great breakfast and friendly staff. And the drinks in the lobby bar in the evenings are amazing! Thank you!

hotel is in the mall so any mall activity with high music voice will not be closed until 10:00 pm so we struggled to sleep until 10:00 pm

Very nice employee, help you with everything, 3 of them have made a very good impression by helping as much as they can and being thoughtfull, this does not happen alot in italy. Clean and big bedrooms with balcony and hygienic beds of good quality.

Nice air conditioned room, plenty of room for us both and our Husky. Excellent service from the friendly staff, who spoke good English. Couldn't fault the breakfast, plenty of choice and tasty!

if you are not driving there is no public transport anywhere nearby. The hotel has a free car park which is enclosed but it’s outdoor. they also have a paid garage (closed) they say the outdoor is unsafe but I don’t understand how a closed / fended off area would be unsafe anyway the area where this hotel is located is not the best so would not leave us much of a choice. the staff though decently professional talk nearly 0 English in IHG hotel this is too bad , it was extremely difficult to communicate and it leaves a bad taste about the whole stay. the breakfast here is a disaster better not take it and go eat at the mall. first off it’s not buffet and food is handed over by the staff at the hotel, I doubt this is because of the pandemic and more so due to lack of space. the number of staff are too less and though breakfast is open till 10 most food gets over by 9, and not refilled after that.

The property is ideal if you are on self drive trip to the area around Naples. Because it’s located right next to the highway getting to any place in the area is easy . It’s a modern business hotel with decent facilities in my opinion 80% upto the standard of a Holiday Inn hotel .. It’s also inside a Mall which is very useful for shopping and buying essentials eating etc as the mall has few restaurants and a mega coop.

Shuttle service to Naples could be useful for persons without cars. More attention and staff at reception can increase guests satisfaction level. Balconies are noisy perhaps due to ongoing construction or HVAC system operation. Otherwise, it would be an excellent experience to sit on the balcony.

Location is remote and you need a car to get anywhere. Amalfi is theoretically about an hour away. However, if you don’t use a scooter it can easily become two or more hours by car due to traffic.

Everything new, property in good shape. It’s part of mall facility where you find all shops you would need including a food court. For that region, price/performance relation is outstanding.

The pool was closed "for maintenance" and the food from the "warm dishes" on breakfast buffet was lukewarm at best. The hotel is difficult to find. Nobody expects a hotel in what appears to be a large hill. Tip: use the name of the hotel and not the street address in the email.

There was a huge variety of options for breakfast. The beds was really comfortable. The personel was friendly and helpful. English was no problem and well-spoken. That it is located next to a mall, the options for eating and shopping without driving on the crazy streets of Italy are really good!
