- The appartment was pretty noisy at night. There is a highway and railroad right outside and the inside doors also let through a lot of noise from other guests. - There was only 1 nightstand and 1 small light in a room with 4 beds. - On the whole, the appartment (and especially the common area) seemed like it had seen better days. Could use some renovations.

- Good price/quality ratio - at least at the time of writing (October 2023). - The common areas were cleaned everyday. - Near bus stop (Lavelli) with a direct connection to Venice. Tip: you can take a shortcut through the park to reach the bus stop in 5-7 minutes. - Kitchen + basic utilities. - 2 bathrooms/showers. - Decent beds. - Balcony. - Nice & responsive host.

The towels were stained as well as the bed sheets. The kitchen is shared and one of the residents left uncovered food in the fridge that smelled and looked gross.

Air conditioning is not working properly, even though we put it to 17C its still not effective, as owner/attendant not living in the same location you need to inform them exact time when you would arrive or phone them up after reaching to location, though he arrived in 10 mins need to bare in mind that you should have phone internet and call facility to reach them. As there is no board or signs about the flat with in the community it was bit hard to find out in which building/block apartment is

the apartment contains 4 rooms as different bookings. it is a bit small for such a quantity of people. facilities are so-so. At night you will hear autobahn noise. At 7 am noise from construction beside.

Overall good stay. The host was very friendly and nice. He offered to send us to the airport at a reasonable cost and it was much more convenient than taking an airport bus from the bus stop where we need to walk with luggage.

The staff was extremely rude when it was time to check out one of the staff tried to open our room door by force without knocking and while it was still locked they didn’t wait for us to open but tried to open with another key No privacy whatsoever Never coming back

The best apartments. We liked everything very much. We were met, checked in, told everything, given the keys. The room is clean, very cozy, homely. The kitchen has everything you need.

Bathrooms were not pleasant to use -- the toilet stopped working and one of the showers didn't have hot water. I know that the space was shared with two other apartments, but the noise carries substantially. Someone cooking in the morning will easily wake you up. Also had to wait for 10 minutes this morning to use the washroom before we could leave...

Large room! We were traveling as two couples and it could easily fit all of us (two single beds + one double). Air conditioning worked well.

Bathroom shared with a lot of other people. Bed noisy. Area full of men on the street and parcs around. Not comfortable, especially for girls. High price for a room with a shared bathroom. For a couple better to pay a bit more and get a nice hotel in mestre. Checkin is at 15h and checkout at 10am.

Host responsive and nice. Bus station close. Bus number 6 goes directly to venice. Aircondtioner working properly and silent. Room calm and good for sleep.

I loved all of it!

Stayed at this property in June, and we loved it! Such good value for money, the staff were so friendly and helpful, I was able to text or call any time I needed anything, such as numbers for local taxis. Property has everything you need, there are 4 bedrooms in the apartment and 2 bathrooms. The bathroom was always available when we needed it. There is a big kitchen with all appliances and a balcony that we sat on to eat our breakfast. There are takeaway menus in the apartment that are useful. The property is a 10 minute walk from the bus stop that goes into Venice. The bus goes every 10 minutes, between 6am and midnight.

low electricity capacity, you cannot use air conditioner and kettle or hair dryer at the same time, otherwise the electricity will be shut off. We called the host all the time and he need to come and fix the issue quickly.

The property was located perfectly. It is only a 15min commute to Venice via bus and only a 15min walk to the train station that will take to other places like Vicenza. Honestly, I felt so comfortable during my stay. I was able to cook myself meals when I was hungry and all stores were closed and my room was nice and warm with comfortable beds even when it was 6 C outside.
