Unfortunately there is a 4 storey walk up to the location. There is a small elevator that can only be used for luggage. After a long day of touring and walking around 4 stories of stairs csn be daunting. I wouldnt recommend if you have any health issues with stairs.

The accomodation was very clean and comfortable and it’s also very close to the city center and to the parking lot Alberti (15€/24 hours). The host is also very nice and polite, he gave us amazing tips about Florence. Thank you.

Very comfortable room and guest house run by a lovely couple. Great location, as you can walk everywhere but away from the main tourist area. At check-in we also got a great overview of sights to see in Florence. There's a good (not excellent) café around the corner for breakfast.

What a wonderful stay we had at this delightful Guest House. Firstly, both Sergio & Anna were fantastic hosts. Upon check-in we were given a friendly greeting and a very informative run down of all the major sites, how to get there courtesy of a map, as well as suggestions for local eateries including a wonderful cafe just around the corner which made for a great breakfast - capuccino and croissant - to start every day. The room itself was immaculate. Spacious, very clean and quiet with a comfy bed. The bathroom was big, modern and clean with all the amenities you will need. The location is also fantastic. I personally love a place just on the outskirts of the inner city - away from the chaos - and yet still only a leisurely walk to the major attractions. And the Guest House is only 20 minutes away from the Duomo and the other major sites which can be easily reached following one straight road. And if you walk along another straight road towards the river, you can easily find your way to the Piazzale Michelaneglo and Ponte Vecchio bridge whilst avoiding the crushing crowds. At such great value with wonderful and kind hosts who make you feel so welcome, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great home base whilst visiting Florence.

Ada and Sergio are very kind and helpful people and probably the best hosts out there, the room was super clean and spacious, with the most comfortable beds and pillows! The location is perfect, very close by walk to everything you need to visit. If I come back to Florence I'd definitely come back here again.

I really can't complain about anything, it was perfect.

The hosts were extremely nice and helpful. They even showed us on map many places to visit and gave us great recommendations for coffee place and restaurants. They also stored our bags the last day of our stay, which was a great help. Room was very clean and quite big, with new furniture with plenty of space to put stuff (even space for shoes and bigger luggage). All toiletries were provided and bathroom was spotless.

The service was exceptional, Sergio was so helpful from start to finish, being at the end of the phone to provide travel support, and any assistance required. The room was spacious and clean with kettle. Location was 10/15 minute walk to centre and plenty of small cafes to eat on way into the centre . Highly recommended. Thank you Sergio.

Rooms are on 4th floor without an elevator, so might be challenging for elderly or disabled individuals.

Very clean, quiet and well equipped room with tea kettle, hairdryer, comfy bed, caring hosts and within 20mins by foot from all the main attractions in the city. You will love it here!

Good location, out of the centre so nice and quiet for sleeping - but only ten/fifteen minutes walk from the main attractions. Surrounded by locals rather than tourists. Sergio and Ada were lovely people who genuinely cared about your stay. They made us feel welcome and were always happy to answer any queries. Supported us to do a washing, book our taxi to the train station - couldn’t do enough for you. Would have no hesitation in staying here again when we return to Florence. Grazie Mille!!

Sergio the Host was very caring. He handled all our luggage and spent almost 15 minutes showing and marking us all the necessary spots (Sightseeing, Supermarktes, gelaterias, Restaurants,...) on a map of Florence. We even got a Welcome Set with buscuits and a tea we could make us. The room had airconditioning and you dont get disturbed by the noises of the city even with open windows. In under 15 minutes from the Hotel you are at the Dome in Florence, so we can only recommend to stay there If you want to visit the city.
