The TV isn't a "smart" TV so we weren't able to screen cast from our phones.

The customer service was fantastic (including the gorgeous black cat Luna at reception!). Super comfortable bed and staff supplied an extra 2 pillows as soon as requested on top of the 4 already supplied. Shower water pressure was excellent and the water maintained an even temperature. The shower cubicle was a good size as was the whole bathroom. Excellent air con cooled the room efficiently. Lovely mood lighting. Located in a super quiet area within a short walking distance to local restaurants. Beautiful villa-style accommodation with lush gardens and evening lighting. Would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Our thermostat had us locked out of using the AC so the room got a little stuffy at night. Also, the shower drain (we stayed in room #1) is not vented correctly and as a result, sometimes sewer odor would emanate through it. We told the front desk but I don't think they were able to understand what we were trying to tell them. Not sure if this is fixable without ripping into walls and replumbing.

Breakfast is excellent. Staff at front desk and at breakfast are friendly and knowledgeable and so pleasant.

We didn’t feel particularly in danger, but compared to our previous hotel near Pantheon, this area has more homeless people and tons of graffitis.

People at this hotel, receptionists, cleaning staffs and restaurant staffs are fantastic. They accommodated my requests so willingly. Also the foods at the breakfast buffet are great: very simple but great qualities.

The reception staff were particularly welcoming and helpful and recommended an excellent restaurant within easy walking distance. It’s in a really good location for walking around the most interesting parts of Rome and yet it’s a peaceful and stylish environment.

We loved the calm and greenery of the space. The hotel is clean and quiet. One day, we were greeted at the door by a turtle! Walking distance from bars and restaurants in Trastevere. We had some issues with breakfast, which they corrected for us. We appreciate the care that went into our stay.

If anything, only the fact that there wasn’t a coffee maker or hot water pot in the room. But really not important.

The rooms are spacious and beautiful! The staff is absolutely wonderful. Everyone is so nice and friendly. They go above and beyond to help with everything. We had to leave early before the breakfast started but the lady preparing everything for it, offered my husband a delicious coffee. Really nice of her before they opened! Eleonora at the front desk was also wonderful, and the gentleman at checkout was also phenomenal and gave me a bag of delicious pasta to prepare when I get home.

Very nice quiet hidden hotel very near the restaurants of Trastevere without the noise. The room was a nice size and the bed very comfortable. The staff at the front desk and breakfast were very friendly. The breakfast had a variety of items for all tastes and the staff always remembered our coffee order each morning! There was a lovely rooftop patio outside the breakfast and bar which we could not use because of rain. It is not too far a walk to the Vatican and to the Coliseum if you like to walk.

No coffee/tea in room or lobby - must wait until breakfast starts at 7:30 in the rooftop bar area. Also, there was black mold in shower corners. Spraying with bleach solution regularly and allowing it to soak when cleaning cures that. Good hotels know this. HVAC doesn't work well. We never could get the AC to work. Fortunately, it was in early spring so we just opened the windows when the room started feeling too warm.

The location was great and the staff were friendly, professional, and spoke excellent English. The courtyard was very nice. This is not a four star place though. It's a solid three star hotel.

Nothing - everything exceeded my expectations. Initially there wasn't a kettle in the room, but the staff brought a kettle and mugs straight to our room. Absolutely fantastic.

Everything about this hotel is absolutely exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly, and were more than happy to help with anything we needed. They have a lengthy Google Doc full of restaurant recommendations, which they shared with us upon arrival. The hotel feels tucked away in a quiet area of Rome, and all the lush greenery in the courtyard and around the rooms is really lovely. Breakfast is phenomenal, truly great. The cat who lives at the hotel is so cute too! I have never reviewed a hotel in my life but since the first night, my mum and I could not stop raving about it. I will recommend this hotel to everyone I know who is visiting Rome, and will absolutely stay here if I visit Rome again. Do not bother looking anywhere else - this hotel is so extremely wonderful, and also excellent value for money.

The room was a bit warm and stuffy with windows closed; windows open equals mosquitos.

The hotel is in a great neighborhood - close enough to sites and yet it feels like a quieter neighborhood. According to staff, the hotel is a combination of buildings that were once used in the past for woodworking and candle making. The interiors are modern, upscale, and comfortable. The grounds abut a beautiful garden which makes for a peaceful view. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was really good!
