As its good value for the money, there are a lot of workers that are staying there during the week and are a bit noisey but some ear buds will do the trick

The plugs for charging phones and other devices were placed either too high or too low.

The room was as described. It was clean and well maintained.

The room was not the one in pictures. Broken lamp glass, dirty tiles and doors, dusty corners. It wasn’t so dirty that you couldn’t stay there, just a little uncomfortable. Tiny room. Parking was NOT free as advertised, it was 5 eur per day.

Very good location for public transport, went all around Rome just in busses and metro.

2 dogs and 2 cats were walking all over the place. Very bad isolation of the room, no respect of night hours, guests were cheering at midnight. Problems with cold water in the bathroom. There were a man and a poor looking woman staying over night in the hall, sleeping on a couch while guest were passing by. No garden view as promised, working machines and a crane instead.

The hotel is far from the city, but accessible via several bus stations. The room is missing many basic things. The electricity for example is either all lights on or all lights off, which is inconvenient if you need to dim the lights or read before sleeping. There is no rubbish can in the room so you have to use the one in the toilet. With few efforts this hotel can be much better.

The rooms are very basic, and the beds we had were old, and one of them squeaked when you moved, so good luck if you are having alone time with a partner, you might have a bed that makes a LOT of noise. The bed itself though is comfortable, and the pillow was nice. Clean sheets too, and towels.

The owners/staff are very nice. They try to accommodate you as much as they can. You can use the refrigerator to store some foods. There are 2 lovely dogs, who are very friends that meet and great you. You can park your car if you have one. The bus stop is about 3 minutes away , and also the pharmacy and a bar/tobacco shop / grocery store where you can get quickly a few things. Be careful because you can get a bus/metro pass at the bar / tobacco shop , they might say no, but that is not true. Not much else around there that is interesting, and it is about a good 40 minute bus/metro ride to the Rome termini.

You can hear everything around 6/7am when ppl start leaving the building is very annoying.

there was no hairdryer, not even a rubbish basket, it was very basic! it is a pity for such small details not to be a perfect choice

The bed was uncomfortable and the room was very small (not possible to walk all the way around the bed). There was no breakfast available.

The location is out of the city center but close to the highway if you’re arriving in Rome by car. The staff are very friendly. Basic accommodation, a good match for the prices. The shower was good, great water pressure.

The toilet seat was broken and it was difficult to shower because no hot water. No BASIC toiletries (shop or shampoo). We went to hostel at 11.50pm which was mid night and the receptionist told she will give the key to room in 4 Mins. we waited for 10mins and only thing we were wondering was that even at midnight our room was not ready to check in. which was sad.

Bathroom flodded a lbut stank a ittle because of sewage ior something but itbwasnt that bad really,, there's a plug on bathroom floor, when showering, open it, then it won't flood, took me a day to realise that lol.All in all, good stay, good facilities, great price

Cosy beds, shower jade alot of pressure, it was quiet but very close to public transport. Totally recommend, less that 100m from bus stop which takes to straight too metro station. I'll he jack there again in a few days

Noise, and location. It is in a located in a insecure part of Rome (lot of delinquency) with difficult access to the metro (25min of walking). For a girl it is dangerous to come home to the hotel at night by walking from the metro. Need to take a taxi.

The floor of the room was a little bit dirty and some parts of the room were unfinished/destroyed. You could hear the people outside the room which was a little bit annoying. The cleaning staff left our room open - we were a little bit shocked realizing that our room wasn’t locked up anymore when we came back- But I guess that was just a one time mistake (And fortunately nothing was stolen).

The personal was extremely friendly and nice, the reception was open all day long and even if it was a bit outside of town we had a good connection to the metro via Autobus (which came quite regularly even in the early mornings and late nights). The bathroom and bed was clean. The house has a nice terrace outside. it has AC, quite necessary during the hot summer nights.

no drinking water at night hard to get a big taxi because it’s far from centre the cabs called by hotel (another cab company) looted us, took 45 min road for a 15 min road and we ended up paying 3 times

Location is not the greatest, but given lower prices, this can be understood. From Rebibbia metro station there are many buses passing very close to the hotel. Rooms are small, but cosy.

The hotel is nice, rooms looks good and they are equipped with basic furniture. Staff is friendly and willing to help.

Location! Looks close on a map but is actually nearly and hour to get to the centre of rome. Didn’t get any shampoo shower gel stuff. Was very loud at night with people running down hallways

The room was modern-ish and the air con was very useful as it often reached 36 degrees. Nice bathroom too
