The bunk bed make a huge sound when u go up n down. And also the door,even u try to close with gentle,in the end still make a big sound.

Every time someone made the slightest move in the bed, the whole room would wake up because the beds were so noisy

The doors to the bathroom wouldn't close and it was weird taking shower with strange men in my room. Good that I was with friends, but it's not the best option for solo travelling. Also, during the night we got another strange man in our room, who took the bed of one of my friends. I still don't understand how that could happen.

The beds were OK, the location is good, too. They offer free breakfast, if you promote the hostel in social media. Besides, rooms were quite spacious.

There was no soap in any WC, so it was not really convenient and hygienic.

The personnel was really nice and helpful. It’s great place to meet new friends, play ping pong and chill.

The rooms especially the bathrooms weren’t as clean as one might expect. The duvet had no cover but that seems to be a thing in Italy. The toilets had no locks which can be problematic in a 6-8 person dorm. The bed was quite small for me (almost 1,90)

Staff was very friendly, location is great, there is even a supermarket right next door. Breakfast is quite cheap although it’s mostly coffee and cakes which might not be suitable for everyone.

Out of five days three days water in shower was cold. First complain was ignored, second day personnel try to do something with this, and finally third day they fix this problem. And also lack of sockets, maybe for somebody it's could be a problem

I think the doors from the rooms are very thin, so you can hear that is happening in the corridor or lobby very well. Also the sink was clogged throughout the whole stay, we did not complain to the reception, just not sure why the housekeeping didn't report it when she cleaned it. Just to add, the breakfast consisted off sweet things only :D not the best, if you trying to cut the sugar

The location is kinda cool. Lot's of young people in the area, cool bars, and restaurants. Better prices than in the city center, but not that bad to walk to the city center if walking is not a problem for you.

The Washroom door lock is not working well. They don't have locker inside the room. Hand shower wqs broken. I stayed for 3 nights. They just clear room once and even didn't change bin. Doesn't have charging plugs near to beds.

Price is very reasonable. Near to all public trasport.

1. Didn’t get dorm room key as they had lost keys 2. Checkin was delayed due to system issues and slow processing 3. Blankets not provided 4. Overall the atmosphere wasn’t as good as other hostels

My sheets had a gum sticked to it and the didn’t clean the bathroom for the 3 nights I was there.

When you enter the room it just looks sad. It's not bad once you get over it. The bathrooms are clean.

The cleaning staff was a little bit rude and disorganized, left the bathroom unchecked twice while I was there.

Very good Hostel, my experience was amazing. Meet new people on the lobby and made friends with people sharing the room. The guy working at the kitchen is the boss, he even bought beers and threw a private party for people in the lobby, promoting socialization and merry times.

I was first put in a room in a basement that didn't look like the pictures at all. It was old, a complete mess and there was a bad smell. So I rejected to stay in that room. And the woman from the reception understood my situation and I was put in a better room. So I could enjoy my few days in Rome.

Good location in one of the better areas in Rome, big building, lots of travelers. The second room I stayed was ok.
