Hostel charged city tax for my kid that is not good. Other hotel in Italy they did not charged any city tax for kid.

Wi-fi didn't work. The shower was clogged. Thin walls, you could hear the neighbors talking. There's no elevator.

The room was warm. The bed is clean, the mattress is comfortable. Very close to Roma Termini station.

Rooms' shower has mould, but that's because there is not a window in the bathroom. Humidity stays in the room.

Receptionist was great. Bed was comfortable, linings, blankets and towels clean, wifi was working perfectly. Shared toliet and shower were clean, too.

The beds weren’t the most comfortable and bathroom was a little dirty, shower in bad condition.

The location of the accommodation is great, everything is very accessible. The room was good, there was an AC and towels. The hairdryer was in the bathroom.

From the photos in Booking I thought our room would be bigger and way better kept: it fit the bed (just) and it looked like no one painted the walls in years.

It was hard to find and to get into. The bell on the house didn't work, so we had to wait until someone came out. Also our room was in a different house than the reception.

It was clean and near the main train station (Termini). There were several bus stations and good restaurants.

After few days without problem, I got a message, that due to some problem we should immediately return to the property and find another place to stay. I didn't read the message until the next day, so when we went back the guy from the reception (who is normally not there) asked us to pack our things and move to a different building. Luckily, he found a different apartment, although it was with a shared bathroom, so it was a kind of downgrade. But we stayed only one night after that, and we spent most of the day out, so we didn't really cared.

The stuff talked English, it was clean.

It was difficult to find at first but owners answered call straight away and so was fine. There was nothing more that I would expect for the price.

Great value if all you need a bed for the night in central Rome - less than five mins away from Central station!

Hard to find. Front door to the street didn’t close. Kitchen was not very clean. People staying in the room next door were very noisy during the night

I tried to reach the person in charge twice, but it was impossible. No response to the messages via booking. No response to the ring bell. I had to go to the parking next door and ask if I could call the italian number. Finally, he was in the place all the time, so I don't know why he wouldn't answer. He was quite indifferent. - The building we stayed was ready to collapse. The room, though, was better than what we expected based on the exterior.

The location was very good! Only 5mins from Termini station. (We stayed in another building on Via Volturno, right next to Rifugio Romano tavern, so it was not the main building.)

A shared bathroom that we got in our deal was a nightmare, having to wait so long for people to stop showering just to use the bathroom, really bad.

Old mismatched furniture. Balcony off room had broken chairs, very messy and dirty.

The man that checks you in was lovely with excellent English. Wifi good in most of the property. Great location near Termini.
