The place, their staff are in every detail and Eduardo and his colleagues looked after us during our whole stay. Also the tennis court, swimming pool area, gym, the room! Everything was up to standard. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Nothing really- the short 5 min drive up a twisty small road from Cannigione village is off putting the first time you do it but you get used to it quickly.

the property had just reopened for the season and there were some teething issues with the staff: getting orders wrong, mistranslations on the menus etc. all in all they were lovely though.

The staff were very friendly. the location was lovely. The grounds are really well kept. The bartender made extremely high quality cocktails. much better than one would normally expect at this type of establishment. the food was generally really good. at the start of the season this part of Sardinia was very quiet. the weather was mixed so we didn’t have the chance to enjoy the pool.

for 5 star hotel the food was good but not extra ordinary. we had the breakfast and dinner at the hotel - dinner was good and they are accommodating for requests and allergies - breakfast : you get al carte menu ( showing what is including the breakfast room rate & what is extra ) I think the extras are too highly priced for what you get. example: I ordered pancakes and I got one small piece very thick for 10€ my general experience for same order at same rate you get at least 2 pieces and better prepared. but for me personally it was not an issue as general experience in Italy ( non Italian food is less quality vs. price if you manage to find it) if you are picky about sugar intake like myself it is generally hard in Italy but in this hotel was also hard to get any pastries for example without sugar coating !

we wanted to enjoy end of season time out and we got what we wanted. the hotel has only few guests and it was very quiet and enjoyed our stay highlights: -it is in great location ( secluded ) with stunning view. - we got room upgrade - we got late check out 13:30 - we got one hour free spa access - nice welcome drink

The suite we stayed in was marketed as sound proof, this is not the case, closing of wardrobes next door, moving a chair next door or noise from the housekeeping service area boomed though or room.

Fantastic, Fantastic, Fantastic, the staff could not do enough for us, attentive and friendly with a family welcome, top marks for the service levels all round, faultless and a keen eye to attention to detail. The hotel was spotless at all times with lovey grounds, facilities and swimming pools.

Incredibly, none that we saw!!

My wife and I are peculiar guests: this was the first time in years that we were fully satisfied with an hotel. The view is breathtaking. The staff is very polite and will go out of their way to make your stay memorable. Room service twice a day. The gym and spa are pristine: something we never fully saw in other 5* hotels! Every room is unique and separated from the others. Honestly, photos don’t do this paradise justice.

It is VERY difficult to leave this hotel and explore. They can arrange a super high-end exclusive taxi for you, but the taxi charges minimum EUR 60 to go anywhere (even 10 minutes away to a nearby vineyard). They do run shuttles to nearby Cannigione and a private beach club, but the last shuttle back is at 6pm to encourage you to come back to eat dinner in the hotel restaurant which isn't cheap. Generally prices are very high when you are in the hotel as well - EUR 10 dollars for toast if you want that in addition to the breakfast (!), EUR 10 dollars a bottle of beer, EUR 18 if you want aperitivo snacks with your cocktail (which are usually free elsewhere in Italy) etc.

Beautiful spa hotel tucked away in the secluded hills around Cannigione. Staff were friendly and helpful, with a very nice high-end restaurant attached to the hotel with great views. The spa facilities were a particular highlight, with steam rooms, sauna, jacuzzi and massages available. Good place to relax away from the world.
