The rooms were a bit too small, some lamps didn't work at all, also some sockets were broken.

Great location, everything was a walking distance close, the train station, metro, shops, the city centre. The receptionists were helpful and friendly. The rooms were small but clean and cosy.

There was some works on the new part of he hotel whilst we were there and they start really early in the morning.

This hotel is in a great location and most major tourist spots are within walking distance.

Shower water was lukewarm. Small bug in shower. Toilet didn’t flush well. Extra money to hold bags and get extra towels. Pillows were firm but that’s was ok. They gave the room key to us easily without question which is a security concern. People came back loud at 4 am on a Saturday.

Location was nice. Nice to have a 4 bed room. I liked the laminate flooring. Liked the high ceilings and ceiling fan. Check in was easy.

The room itself did not feel clean. The bathroom shower could not provide enough heated water for 3 people to take a bath, which is frustrating cause it was winter.

The only good thing about the hotel was the location that is pretty close to the Termini Station

The room didn’t have kettle and no wifi in the room. I saw it had a lot of rooms so maybe in the other rooms it is different. I stayed for one night and again if i have to come in Rome for one night I would choose this hotel again.

The location is excellent and the stuff were nice and friendly.

The size of the bathroom - it was uncomfortably small (it is quadruple room No. 38). The situation with the hot water in the shower (not the wash hand) was terrible, i.e. the warm water after running for a minute was becoming cool and not usable for taking a shower. I warned the staff about the problem, but it was not fixed thereafter.

I liked the location. It was very close to Termini train&metro stations. Hence, it was way too easy to reach the most of sightseeings. Moreover it is very great in terms of shopping as there are a lot of shops in the train station. Besides, if you make any inter-city trips, this location is great.

Cleanliness of the rooms and specially bathrooms. Also room was a bit small for 4 people with poor light and ventilation..

1 the room was not like the photo. My window couldnt open. Old furnitures and completely different from the photo. 2- Breakfast was totally basic and they give a plate based on the nber of people( three brioshes for three people for example, the same one every day) 3-You have too pay to leveae your luggages here, first time I paid for the luggages. The price for night for what it offers IN my opinion its not ok.

The build and all parts are too old and needs actualisations. The bade are very soft or very hard só a little bit uncomfortable. The staff made all is possible, but sometime the communication was some difficult. The breakfast is very simple, each one receive 2 cups (1 for juice/water and the second one to coffee, tea, milk, etc). There is no option to change, always is the same.

Sheets were not clean, could hear every noise from corridor and street. It was very hard to flush the toilet.

Anna the girl serving the breakfast was very helpful and kind. Although she was all alone serving all those people while the cafe machine was out of order, she remained calm and kept smiling.

There were really loud neighbours and also they did construction works and also cleaned during the night. It was really frustrating. Also the breakfast itself was quite cheap and not enough. It is not a buffet, they put the food on your table and its not much. You cant choose what to eat.

The staff, especially the breakfast lady was really nice. The Booking description met reality.

The building is a bit outdated and the atmosphere is a little sketchy, but we didn't have a bad experience.
