Nothing. My stay was perfect. I can only say that the entrance to the hotel parking is a little bit narrow, so if you have a big car you must pay attention.

The hotel is in a lively area but far for the confusion of Milan center. It is big, quite and very clean. Even if is a 5 stars hotel, prices are still affordable and far from the craziness of other similar hotels.

A/C is not available in winter period. This important to me and happily, the duty manager was able to change our rooms to newer ones, which had independent A/C.

Bed was amazingly comfortable and with a pillow menu. Room was very large. Excellent shower, WC, bidet. Staff. Bar with unique perfume based drinks. Very clever. Breakfast was very good. The hotel is quiet, which is great. A very clever and spacious safe.

Can’t complain about anything

The smell, the cleanliness, the clarity, the kindness, the food, the silence ( even though I went with my kids and they rocked the silent of the hotel ) I mean, everything about it is perfect !

The location is not central, need to walk about 10 minutes to the metro or 30 minutes to the main attractions. But this fact wasn’t critical for me. And this is the only thing not perfect about this hotel.

The hotel concept was very appealing for me - fragrances. And it didn’t disappoint. The room, the breakfast, the bar and the perfume shop - all were a pleasure for my taste and an excellent service as well.

Excellent atmosphere and hotel with a captivating story. A lovely welcome surprise awaited us upon arrival: a little bubble and sweets. The room and bathroom were both comfortable and spacious, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast provided was of high quality, and the hotel's location near the hidden gem of Milan, the Grand Canal dating back to 1177, added to the overall charm. This historic canal, one of the oldest in Europe, boasts a delightful evening atmosphere and is surrounded by excellent restaurants, making it a perfect destination for travelers seeking both history and gastronomic delights.

This hotel is a gem. Located in a former perfume factory, it is beautifully designed in a very modern, elegant and comfortable style. It is also a showroom for a perfume maker. It smells incredibly, whereever you go. Our room was spacious and had a lovely bath. Breakfast was fantastic. The street is very quiet, but just around the corner you find bars, restaurants, shopping and the mudec museum. The canals of Navigli with their numerous restaurants are a short walk away. Staff was kind and went out of its way to be of help.

Everything. Love the industrial space and the spaciousness of the place. It’s beautiful and very sophisticated. As Milano is not known for its nature we were glad to find a courtyard full of trees and plants.

The views are not great. The interior courtyard is astroturf, fake grass .They could do something nicer here. The extrerior rooms are on very narrow streets. It doesn't really matter. The rooms are extremely quiet That's the bonus. You get used to the room not having a good view. The restaurant is outstanding but whereas most restaurants in Milan close late, on a Friday night they were closed at 10:20pm. that was a bummer as it was raining and I didn't want to venture out. Some people will think the neighborhood is not great. You are in the design fashion district with Armani Silos, MUDEC and a short walk to Navigli, but you are quite far from the more tourist areas.

This hotel is beautiful, extremely quiet, the staff is exceptionally good,. The details make a hotel great and this hotel has great details in the room, the common spaces. There is a pillow menu on the bed and 4 types pillows to give you an idea. The breakfast which is included is maybe the best breakfast I've had at a hotel. Each room has an individual subtle scent from the hotel perfume lab. It's all good

No wifi but I solved (no password in the room), coins that left on the table disapeared but probably my fault and cultural differences (because the location it seemed some tip). Somebody the upper floor pushed the beds on the floor during the night.

Very comfy bed, cool room, super breakfast (and nice staff in the restaurant), nice velcome cookies, mineralwater.
