It's a little old and pricey for the quality, but that's what you get in Venice. The main appeal of this hotel is the location.

The location is great - very close to the train station and other shops. We shared a bathroom but everything is kept clean. The hosts didn't speak a lot of English but they were nice and accomodating.

The host lady was very welcoming. The hotel is just around 300 meters from Venice St Lucia station. The room is decorated beautifully and gives a old world charm.

Room where we stayed was old and probably need some maintenance. AC was very old and was not keeping the room cold enough. AC could be problem around deep summer. There were mosquitoes in the room.

Location of the property is great. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom were clean. Overall great in terms of location, polite behaviour and value for money.

The staff were friendly and helpful. It's great value for money, the facilities are good, and regularly cleaned. The location is also perfect and convenient for making the most out of your trip. It's 5 - 7 min walk from Piazzale Roma and the restaurants, shops & water transport are right on your doorstep.

We had shared bathroom; our room was a bit mistic. It was more likely to be a guesthouse than a hotel. We didn't have kitchen or even a refrigerator.

Location was great, it was near the station and easily reachable from anywhere. It was easy to find. View from toilet was great. Hostess was friendly. Hotel was old and felt the vibe. Everything was OK. Price was great.

The room was small but clean, affordable and conveniently located. It was only a few minutes from Santa Lucia Station which was convenient. The price was very reasonable for Venice. The staff were all lovely.

I stayed at the secondary building of the hotel, a few meters away from the main building. The insulation of the walls is not good and the doors are kind of short. The towels they gave us were clean but scratchy. I would also appreciate the addition of some wall hangers, a fridge in the rooms and soap in the toilets.

The hotel is located in a central area, 10' from the buses station in Piazzale Roma and 5' from Santa Lucia station. The hotel is clean and the staff is kind and helpful. The room in the secondary building of the hotel I stayed has a sink and the WiFi is working well. There is also a small kitchen in the main building of the hotel. Also the price of the room was very good.

The bathroom amenities could have been renewed (for example, a water tap in the bathroom was a bit difficult to open and close). It would also be great to have more storage space for clothes.

We particularly enjoyed the hotel's location, as it was close to the train station and public transport hub (less than 10 minutes walk). At the same time, the old Venice and main attractions are reachable on foot. The hotel occupies an authentic Venetian building, which adds on to the experience. The room was compact and tidy, cleaned daily. We were allowed to leave our luggage at the reception after check-out, which was extremely helpful.

It is not easy to find the hotel and the check-in was a little bit chaotic. The room definitely wasn't nice but for a short period stay it is sufficient.

We could not figure out the aircon settings, some details on this would have been nice. The walls were somewhat thin, we could hear next door's occupant coughing.

The check-in process was simple, and we (females) were offered a free room upgrade to a double room with en-suite since the shared room had a male occupant. We really appreciated this since it made us feel safer. The checkout process was also straightforward and we were able to store our luggage at the hotel for free. The location is excellent if you are coming from the train station (Venezia Santa Lucia) ~4 minutes walk, it's also near a supermarket and plenty of restaurants. Toiletries and towels were also included. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, perfect for our needs.
