It would benefit the traveler if there were a place to place toiletries in the bathroom and a place to sit the suitcase, if space allowed.

Never had a stay like this - it was truly the most amazing hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff were beyond kind and lovely and the location was perfect for walking to all of the main sights. We both loved the breakfast and definitely would recommend to anyone staying in Rome!

Varying levels of professionalism and hospitality among the front desk. Some seemed to go out of their way to greet you and be helpful, others seemed more interested in talking to their colleagues and seemed like they were bothered with guests.

Nothing but the lift was broken the entire time we were there, didn't bother me but had I mobility issues it would have been.

So central to everything in Rome. Staff so friendly and welcoming nothing was a problem. Would recommend and return again.

It's a shame that the rooftop bar is only a cocktail bar, it would have been great to have other drinks on offer and a more relaxed evening vibe. Some of the bathroom fixtures were worn and the tap was wobbly.

Perfect location and the staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially the breakfast staff. The breakfast was plentiful. Beds were comfortable and rooms cleaned daily.

The hotel is situated in the location of Monti - a cute neighborhood with a lots of bars and local shops. Its very nicely decorated and service was exceptional. Amenities were great and we also had lunch at the restaurant which was very good. Beds were very comfortable and the shower was wonderful!

Staff made us feel welcome and helped us in any way we needed; recommending good restaurants and reserving a shuttle. They truly try their best to make your stay special. Especially Giulio was always asking if there is anything he could do for us. Rooms are beautiful and elegant, quite small but have everything you need. Bathroom is adequate and my husband loved the rain shower. Breakfast at the roof top is amazing. Very good location. Close to many attractions.

The door is not very soundproof and our neighbours forgot to close the front door to the staircase so we heard all the rooftop bar guests like they were entering our room when they passed the door.

Loved the decor and the beds where very comfortable. Nice breakfast and friendly staff.

We stayed in a family suite which was in the building just next door .. which has a flight of stairs to go to the lift area. And there are steps to the room. Lift is very small and steps are narrow. Not idea place if you have mobility problem / huge luggages or with kids w pram . But the family suit is big and idea for a family of 4 adults. Wished the room is brighter esp the kitchen area.. To get to their breakfast area.. you need to climb a flight of stairs to the top floor. Apparently they advertise as have room service but when asked they said it's not available. Netflix didn't work.

Location was central and lots of restaurant , pharmacy, supermarket around Staffs were helpful and nice .

Fantastic staff. The front office staff was exceptional - always super helpful, professional and kind. The location of the hotel is in a nice neighborhood with easy access to all the major sights. Rooftop was the icing on the cake!
